Air Products and Chemicals Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for a SiteSupervisor having responsibility for Generated Gases on-site plants in the Northern California area.
The role consists of direct responsibility over three generated gas facilities within the Northern California area. This role will require the candidate to gain an understanding of all aspects of the site's responsibilities with a specific focus on leadership skills. Initial focus of responsibilities will include supervision of all aspects of the air separation plant operations, maintenance, safety, environmental and record-keeping. Candidate would be a productive member of the Galt Operations Team thus would be expected to provide support as needed.

Responsibilities:
Safety performance, Basic Safety Process compliance and process safety management.
Providing environmental, safety and quality training to the operations & maintenance personnel.
Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation, including fixing plant process problems, directly supervising daily plant activities and driving plant projects.
Solving plant process or mechanical problems, coordinating maintenance activities, driving plant efficiency and plant projects
24/7 on-call responsibilities for response to plant alarms and shutdowns-Identifying maintenance concerns, developing and implementing corrective/preventive measures while working within planned maintenance budgets
Traveling to on-site plants in the Northern California area
Working and communicating regularly and effectively with the North America Operating Service Center (OSC), asset manager, regional maintenance manager, tech support team and area manager
Working with the Galt Operations team in covering vacation and outage support.
Perform and maintain all administrative responsibilities for the sites
Working with support resources to achieve productivity targets in all areas.
Identifying maintenance concerns, then developing and implementing corrective / preventative measures.
Interface with tactical planning and delivery logistics planning to ensure inventory management of the facility's products.
Develop and build a positive relationship with our customers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
4 years of military training in a technical field
Certificate in process technology or maintenance field (preferred) or 2 years minimum in a manufacturing/production, processing or chemical/ petrochemical environment.

Shown dedication to safety and continuous improvement
Shown success in EH&S and Quality.
Proven operating experience in complex plants; skilled at identifying and troubleshooting issues.

The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $105,400 - $141,700 plus bonus. Outside of California, the expected pay range is $88,770 - $147,845 plus bonus. These are the ranges we reasonably expect to pay for this position as individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Shall have demonstrated maintenance knowledge, experience, and working level skills/ability in: a. CNAFINST 4790.2. b.

Targeted salary range is 90,000/annually to 125,000/annually based on qualifications and experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Site Safety and Accident Prevention Programs. Conduct regular safety inspections and briefings. Ensure all personnel and third parties follow industry and company developed safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Act as the on-site technical & safety expert.
Provide training & mentorship for site technicians.
Operate and maintain the plant in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Apply technical skills to troubleshoot electrical components using equipment such as digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and IV curve tracers.
Perform daily mechanical and electrical inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and optimally.
Manage and support contractors and OEM vendors ensuring.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including work orders, time entries, and emergency response protocols.
Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory usage. Ensure work orders are updated with all maintenance and parts consumption details.
Maintain inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels of equipment and materials. This includes spare parts usage, replenishment, and reporting.
Ensure high-quality control of tools, vehicles, and materials.
Pursue continuing education to meet safety and plant requirements.
Maintain site vegetation through routine mowing and spraying.
May be required to work outside of normal business hours as necessary. Maintain on-call rotation schedule.

OSHA 30-Hour Training for General Industry
NFPA 70E - Workplace Electrical Safety
First Aid, CPR, AED

Position Description
Origis Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding Operations and Maintenance provider in the United States. Our solar asset portfolio continues to increase at a near exponential rate, with a mixture of Owner developed and constructed sites and third-party sites contracted, or already under management. Our goal is to provide a more inclusive service capability, driving out the large expenses that are normally passed through to the owner.
Origis is looking for a Lead Technician who provides proactive, visible operational leadership combining high levels of technical expertise with strong leadership attributes to build and sustain a high-performing team while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Through their technical acumen and leadership experience, the Lead Technician ensures the site team operates at the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Additionally, the role supports any supervisors and regional leaders in fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Site Safety and Accident Prevention Programs. Conduct regular safety inspections and briefings. Ensure all personnel and third parties follow industry and company developed safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Act as the on-site technical & safety expert.
Provide training & mentorship for site technicians.
Operate and maintain the plant in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Apply technical skills to troubleshoot electrical components using equipment such as digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and IV curve tracers.
Perform daily mechanical and electrical inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and optimally.
Manage and support contractors and OEM vendors ensuring.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including work orders, time entries, and emergency response protocols.
Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory usage. Ensure work orders are updated with all maintenance and parts consumption details.
Maintain inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels of equipment and materials. This includes spare parts usage, replenishment, and reporting.
Ensure high-quality control of tools, vehicles, and materials.
Pursue continuing education to meet safety and plant requirements.
Maintain site vegetation through routine mowing and spraying.
May be required to work outside of normal business hours as necessary. Maintain on-call rotation schedule

What You Will Do
Participate in on-site kickoff reviews to align logistics processes with project goals.
Coordinate and deliver safety and equipment training for on-site personnel.
Drive PBM trainings and implement PBM practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
