Primary Purpose:
The IT Sr SystemsEngineer II position serves as a senior technical role within the IT department. It requires demonstrated experience of information technology, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently, as a mentor and as part of a team. Candidate will possess the self-motivation, experience and skills to serve by providing technical insights driving the design, implementation, and optimization of complex systems under the guidance of a Principal Engineer or Manager.

Primary Duties:
Independently coordinates and leads discussions with business partners and vendors to gather information. Role Description
The Mechanical Engineering team at Form is focused on designing the battery cell, module, and full pack system that forms the foundation of our innovative utility-scale multi-day energy storage system. We're hiring a hands-on Staff Mechanical Design Engineer to own the design of subsystems within our electrolyte management system. This is the circulatory system of Form's iron-air battery technology and it is critical to the system's successful operation. In this role, you will play a key role in the product architecture and detailed design stages, first-of-a-kind build activities, vendor engagement, and design for manufacturing. About the Role:
The Project SystemsEngineer will contribute to the project engineering activities in support of site-level controls and monitoring of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and automation support for site-level energy storage system processes and operations.
Accountable For:
