Barbaricum seeks an experienced Unified Capabilities (UCAP) Technician for an Air Force program enabling operational test, evaluation, and range support to the 346th Test Squadron and 318 Range Squadron, 67th Cyberspace Wing. This individual will integrate with a team of cyber security professionals to ensure instrumented cyber ranges, capable of stimulating operational networks, are provisioned to support the Air Force's cyber mission.
This UCAP Technician will plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements, as well as analyze/report test results.
ResponsibilitiesTest and evaluate cyber systems and products under the Unified Capabilities (UC) Approved Products List (APL) DISA process. Provide qualified personnel for UC protocols (VoIP, H.323, H.225, Q.391, and SIP).Provide IA and interoperability test services including test development, execution, analysis, and reporting in support of the UC APL test process.Provide expertise and technical services in system and product certification and accreditation, analysis and reporting of requirements in the area of IA and Computer Network Defense (CND).Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-181.
QualificationsActive DoD TS/SCI clearance required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (Master's preferred) At least 3 years of relevant experience Must possess one of the following IAT Level II or III certifications: Security+ CE (preferred); CCNA Security; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; CND; SSCP; CASP+ CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP; GCED; GCIH; CCSP; CEH

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas.
- Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site.
- Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air.
- Performs basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials.
- Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.
- Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, Tyvek Suit) while working.
- Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site
