Responsibilities
Responsible for driving end-user adoption of Crown InfoLink products.
Helps customer develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
Prepare internal and external customers for a successful implementation by planning, training and managing support service processes.
Develop and support the retail network to provide web-user and operator trainer training.
Deliver, develop, and support the retail network with conducting business reviews and consulting with end users on sustaining use and improvement processes.
Analyze Crown InfoLink data and make recommendations on action steps.
Participate in sales calls and demos to the extent that it relates to the after-sale support.
Quote, sell, and provide Crown InfoLink support services.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years related experience
Associate degree (Business)
Must have valid driving privileges
Extensive travel & overnight stays (over 20%)

Lead and effectively garner customer support to achieve customer objectives.

Shaffer Distributing is seeking an Operations Coordinator at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters. This key position schedules technicians and administers the Service Department's workorders including field service and in-house repairs. The Operations Coordinator provides centralized scheduling for all technicians: field, installation, inside prep & repair work, technical support work, and training. This role communicates with customers and tracks service order workflows in the ERP system, ensuring orders progress smoothly and following up when needed. Specific duties include:
Schedules all inside and outside service technicians
Manage Service schedule/calendar; including training calendar

Answers the Hotline, gathers collateral information and provides information and referrals to community services.
Transports clients to and from community sites as needed.

Attends agency and unit meetings, completes reports (e.g. contact sheets, shift reports, crisis alerts, etc.), and performing all necessary chart and telephone documentation in a timely manner.
