This role reports into the centralized Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for leading program execution across several technical workstreams. The role will also support commercial strategy through development of pricing and cost models to support sales operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. This person will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and accountability and maintaining program-level visibility and alignment with business objectives. This role is hybrid and will require 3x a week in-office at our Boston location. Experience: 10+ years in program or project management, preferably in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software environments. Skills: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs involving technical and business teams. Familiarity with software development practices, architecture concepts, and QA processes, with the ability to coordinate across technical teams.
