We're looking for a passionate and strategic Staff Product Manager to drive the future of use case adoption at Pinterest. As part of our Personalized Experiences team, you'll work across Engineering, Data Science, Research and Design to deliver industry-leading experiences-helping users expand well beyond their existing interests on Pinterest, to realize the full value Pinterest can provide in their lives. You'll ship impactful products on high-traffic Pinterest surfaces, including Home, Explore, and Notifications, and play a key role in growing Pinterest's users for the years ahead.
What You'll Do:
Define, design and launch new experiences that help users discover and adopt new use cases that help Pinterest play a greater role in their lives and even grow them as an individual
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Research and Data Science to craft holistic experiences that demonstrate deep thinking across both the user experience and the underlying content selection
Set product vision, influence strategy, write requirements, develop hypotheses, and establish success metrics for use case expansion at Pinterest
Identify and prioritize new opportunities to advance the delight and effectiveness of use case expanding experiences across devices, markets, and the most trafficked surfaces on Pinterest
Autonomously navigate and resolve complex, ambiguous product challenges-and influence product strategy across multiple teams
What We're Looking For:
Track record in full stack experiences: Experience building and launching personalized experiences, ideally at scale, for consumer products.
Technical fluency: Ability to make the most of cutting-edge content and user understanding signals and content selection to craft a holistic experience that's personalized to each unique user and circumstance; ability to credibly partner with engineers and data scientists across the stack.
Sharp communication: Comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional audiences; excels at simplifying complex technical and product concepts.
Strategic and customer-centric: Deep empathy for user needs, with an ability to turn rich data and insights into new opportunities and delightful features.
Collaborative influencer: Ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of internal partners (including Advanced Technology, Growth, Signals, Relevance, Editorial, Ads, and more) and align them to shared goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Ownership mindset: Skilled at defining what success looks like, rallying teams, and guiding projects from ideation to successful launch.

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-driven ranking and recommendation systems that power the LinkedIn Feed. This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven product leader who can define bold strategy, influence across disciplines, and deliver at massive scale.
In this role, you'll shape how we apply machine learning and foundation models to improve relevance, member value, and ecosystem health. You'll partner deeply with AI Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to build end-to-end ranking systems, from problem framing and feature strategy to model evaluation and member experience optimization.
You'll operate at the intersection of AI innovation and product impact, helping to set the vision for how members engage with content, conversations, and creators on LinkedIn.

Partner with PMs, Applied Research, Data Science, and Infrastructure Engineering to define and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for Feed Relevance, balancing innovation with measurable member impact.
Translate member experience goals and business outcomes into clear model objectives and success metrics, ensuring alignment between algorithmic decisions and product strategy.
Drive the prioritization, definition, and delivery of new features, model improvements, and system capabilities that advance LinkedIn's Feed ranking quality and personalization.
Lead cross-functional product development, from requirements and design (PRDs, policy alignment, evaluation frameworks) through to experimentation and launch.
Partner with AI platform and applications teams to scale model training, inference, and evaluation infrastructure that supports rapid iteration and continuous learning.
Use data and experimentation to guide decision-making, defining hypotheses, running A/B tests, and synthesizing insights to inform model and product improvements.

Understand customers and influence product strategy
Partner with PM and Design to synthesize voice-of-customer insights, competitive research, sales feedback, and usage signals into clear problem statements and opportunities across the purchasing journey.
Shape product hypotheses, audience definitions, and success criteria to guide roadmap decisions across online checkout, business purchasing, self-serve add-ons, and omnichannel flows.
Translate complex workflows and platform capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that align partners on what we're solving and why it matters.
Drive the strategy, narrative, and GTM for selling experiences
Build the product story, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new checkout capabilities, growth experiments, and field-to-online/online-to-field pathways.
Define the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for features and programs that improve how customers discover and purchase LinkedIn products.
Ensure cross-functional alignment on launch tier, rollout strategy, timing, and readiness requirements across LOBs and channels.
Lead product launches and partner orchestration
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, , and GTM to ensure smooth, predictable launches.
Create and deliver high-impact enablement for field, support, and customer success teams- including training materials, comms, demos, and in-product guidance.
Serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring consistency of narrative and clarity on roles, timelines, and dependencies.
Drive adoption, measure impact, and refine
Monitor performance of new buying flows and experiments, analyze early usage signals, identify friction points, and recommend refinements to improve conversion and customer experience.
Partner with analytics and product teams to define KPIs, track adoption, and measure business impact across channels.
Package insights and learnings to influence future roadmap decisions, improve activation, and unlock long-term growth across both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BS degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of marketing experience within product marketing, product development, go-to-market and/or sales enablement experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a record of driving AI initiatives that address customer needs.
Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions.
