Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering (Master's preferred). * 8+ years of experience in the mining industry with at least 3 years in senior field service or technical leadership roles. * Proven expertise in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and plant optimization. * Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and consumables. * Experience managing teams, budgets, and KPIs in a customer-facing environment. * Fluent in Spanish, proficient in English (spoken and written). * Hands-on experience in plant shutdowns, reliability projects, and technical problem-solving. * Proficiency with CRM and operational software tools.
