Airbus Commercial is looking for a Learning and Development BusinessPartner to join our team in Mobile, AL.
In this role you will support learning and development topics for an assigned business area. Acting as a trusted advisor to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations (FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, OSHA, etc.) and support the business in driving training schedules, databases and programs for the U.S. Manufacturing Facility. This role's primary objective is to enable business performance and ensure our people reach excellence in their field.
The Learning and Development BusinessPartner also contributes to the creation of common learning, development, awareness and knowledge solutions to deploy a continuous learning and self-directed development culture for all of Airbus.

Learning BusinessPartnership : 40%
* Understand the overall business strategy in order to develop a tailored-learning strategy for the assigned business-unit
* Support the dc learning paths for assigned business units
* Contribute to the creation of common learning, development, and knowledge solutions in collaboration with the Airbus Academy and business-unit subject matter experts
* Deploy instructional design solutions, such as action-mapping, learning needs assessments, and learning effectiveness methodologies
* Support the deployment and team-upskilling of Airbus learning tools and processes
* Propose development recommendations and actions to mitigate identified risks and the benefits of those opportunities
* Act as a consultant to the business, highlighting internal/external regulatory policy requirements to ensure compliance
* Define learning objectives and related support materials necessary to implement performance pre-assessments
* Ensure relevant mandatory certifications are in place and maintained in the learning management systems and are in line with Quality Management Systems
* Support the FAL employees to be trained and evaluated on specific skills as required per company standards

* Partner with assigned business unit to support the deployment of the Airbus and business-level competence strategy
* Provide visibility on job profiles mapping, competences assessment & learning deployment progress through relevant Key Performance Indicators for the business
* Contribute to Competence assessment campaign exercise and analysis with learning recommendations
* Identify risks & opportunities and translate it into impacts on jobs and competences by knowing the business context and global trends
Learning Process, Policy, and Procedure Improvement: 20%
* Manage the jobs and competences referential, working in close relationship with the Academies in Europe
* Ensure harmonization between the referential catalogs and the FAL's business
* Support trainer qualification and availability in ensuring alignment to the learning priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR and HSEQ Management
* Responsible for the development and implementation of HR & HSEQ strategies that support
and promote the company's long-term success
* Drives the development and implementation of HR & HSEQ processes and initiatives to
ensure the functional teams have all the material in their respective portfolios required to
support the organization
* Ensures compliance with corporate guidelines, standards and processes in relation to HR
and HSEQ in North America
* Provides guidance on strategic HR topics and represents regional needs to Chief HR and
HSEQ Officer and Corporate HR
* In collaboration with functional and operational leadership identifies, develops and executes
on strategic campaigns where relevant to improve safety and health and wellness
* Acts as the conduit for global strategic issues and projects / initiatives from the COE's to
North America and acts as a Subject Matter Expert and generalist for strategic HR issues

* Responsible for the management and optimization of all HR operations in North America,
including employee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance appraisal,
employee retention and development.
* Supports the development and execution of campaigns, programs and initiatives to enhance
the employee experience inc; onboarding, learning & development, benefits and

* Ensures smooth personnel management and compliance with local, State and Federal legal
requirements
* Promotes standardized HSEQ systems, standards and processes to drive operational
excellence
* Promotes unique HSE related campaigns to improve HSE performance
* Ensures highest level of functional data management integrity and reporting performance to
meet local and global requirements
BusinessPartner
* Leads the team of HR BusinessPartners and HSEQ experts to ensure that functional
initiatives are effectively implemented across all operations
* Works closely with the businesspartners to understand the business strategy and deliver
HR solutions that meet the business needs
* Collaborates with the Chief HR, HSEQ Officer and Corporate HR in the development of
innovative HR solutions that reflect specific local needs
Labor law
* Ensures compliance with all labor law regulations in North America as well as in other
countries in which the company operates
* Develops and updates employment contracts, policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with laws and regulations where relevant
Technical Knowledge and Skills
* The ability to develop a long-term HR strategy and align it with the company's objectives
* The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of HR professionals
* Comprehensive knowledge of labor law in the region North America and an understanding
of international legislation
* Strong awareness and interest in HSE to support functional SME's
* The ability to plan, manage and implement HR and HSEQ projects and initiatives in an
international context
* A strong awareness of compliance with company policies and processes, ethical standards
and legal requirements
* The ability to forecast the organization's staffing requirements and to plan measures for

Qualifications
* Completed Master's degree or similar qualification in HumanResources Management,
Business Administration, Law / Labor Law or a related discipline
* Interest in the area of Health Management, Safety, Environment is desirable
* Minimum of 10-12 years progressive HR experience
* Proven experience in senior HR positions, ideally in a global environment
* Comprehensive knowledge of labor law in the region North America as well as experience in
international legal compliance
* Solid experience in the implementation of HSEQ initiatives, projects and programs

USC Credit Union is seeking an experienced, people-centered Vice President of HumanResources to join our team. This part-time, onsite role will work three days per week and reports directly to the CEO. The VP of HR will oversee a broad and complex HR function supporting staff, student workers, and managers across multiple departments. This executive leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, including recruitment, employee and labor relations, total rewards management, training and development, workforce planning, workers' compensation, disability coordination, and HRIS management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages operations and staff involved in the administration and delivery of payroll and personnel programs and services. Develops and coordinates programs and services with appropriate university offices, e.g., payroll, personnel services, provost, and general counsel.
Hires, trains and supervises staff who are involved in payroll processing and in design and delivery of specialized personnel services such as training and employment. Schedules, prioritizes and assigns work. Assesses performance and provides feedback. Counsels or disciplines as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000.
