Job Duties & Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other associated aviation authority regulations. * Monitor maintenance schedules for aircraft availability and minimize downtime. * Review labor requirements to achieve performance metrics and optimized labor utilization. * Track and report daily maintenance productivity performance. * Coordinates and provides oversight of scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities. * Ensures all assigned areas are clean, neat and organized under 5S standards, and team members are fully engaged in 5S duties. * Performs the supervision, direction, and management of resources under their responsibility. Verifies time and attendance for employees are reviewed and adjusts as necessary within the UKG and Corridor systems. * Assist with planning scheduled maintenance. * Promotes a healthy, friendly, respectful and positive teamwork environment for all staff. * Lead, train, and manage development of technical and support staff. * Ensure employee performance expectations are communicated and conduct performance reviews. * Participate actively in improvement initiatives and promote innovation. * Ensures coverage and support is provided as needed (i.e. Overtime needs). * Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Minimum of five (5) years-experience working in Business aircraft MRO environment preferred. Falcon experience preferred. * Valid Airframe and Powerplant license. * Proficient Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) * Corridor, Field 6, Catia and experience with other OEM manuals preferred * Proven ability to manage and direct projects. * Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. * Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like professional manner. * Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience. Working Conditions * Professional office environment * Works in a climate-controlled hangars. (Heated and cooled) * Occasionally works outside on tarmac in atmospheric weather conditions. Job Description Under the direction of the Work Order Supervisor, this position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all MRO and related projects. This position will provide financial oversight which includes; producing milestone invoices, administration of warranty and other MSP programs, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurately reporting for work order closures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSSIBILITES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Partner with Customer Project Managers on aircraft projects to ensure accurate and timely work order invoicing. Accomplishes such research as necessary to ensure the proper coding of warranty, MSP and customer issues on work orders prior to invoicing and filing of all necessary claims. Monitor project revenues and costs, and provide feedback to Customer Project Managers on concerns that need addressed with customers. Responsible for managing work order flow as it relates to pro-formas, progress billings, and final invoices as required. Accomplishes aircraft work order financial review, detailing labor and material issues requiring resolution prior to closing. Conducts final review of job with Project Manager/Operations Manager to insure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer invoicing instructions. Assists Customer Project Managers in proper preparation of documentation for Change Order Requests. Ability to work independently and interface with customers, both internal and external. Assists in research and resolution of customer inquiries Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA Degree or two years of related experience. Minimum of two- (2) years of experience with aircraft warranty work, accounting work order systems, parts and billing procedures strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and interface with customers and vendors as required. Able to work independently and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Job Summary: The FalconCare Maintenance Representative will provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft. This includes making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and to control associated costs Principal Duties: Provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft Provide answers to questions regarding FalconCare, warranty and commercial program coverage Recommend cost effective repair options while ensuring DFJ meets contractual support obligations to programs Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Help Desk, and Service Engineering) to ensure proper level of customer support Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare and warranty processes Non-Principal Duties: Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance Work with authorized service centers in establishment of new flat rates and periodic review and updating of existing flat rates for scheduled inspections and frequently seen tasks Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment Other duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: FAA A&P license required Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer facing position with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with staff/customers Additional Desired Qualifications: Aviation Management experience BS degree in Aviation related studies Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles Working Conditions: Office/hangar environments Occasional travel for meetings with customers, vendors and Dassault in France Occasional travel to various service centers to oversee maintenance Occasional overtime/weekend work to meet deadlines Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position typically falls between $85,000 and $95,000 per year.
