Position Summary
You will oversee the development and maintenance of procedures, manage daily Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, and ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. This position requires accurate inventory control and documentation, along with responsibility for regulatory reporting, system administration, audits, and risk management. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments to enhance compliance and drive operational efficiency.
The US Customs & FTZ Manager is within the Operations organization and reports to the Director Transport, Customs & Logistics.
You will work with Customs authorities, internal customers, freight forwarders and brokers.
Position Responsibilities:
Customs & FTZ Operations Management (45%)
Maintain our FTZ agreement (Production Notification Scope of Authority) in line with business needs.
Ensure products are properly classified in accordance with US Customs regulations and maintain SAP Database.
Oversee daily activities: entry 7501, admissions E214, withdrawals, inventory tracking and perform Customs operations to meet high standards in terms of deadlines, costs, and reliability.
Manage exports from FTZ (T&E)
Reconcile ACH-PMS.
Monitor FTZ savings and prepare annual reports (e.g., Blanket CBP Form 216, Annual Reconciliation, OFIS reporting).
Monitor the performance of our Customs broker and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve optimal Customs operations.
Collaboration with Customs authorities: collaborate with local and national Customs authorities and FTZ trade associations such as NAFTZ to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Inventory & Recordkeeping (20%)
Maintain and audit Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS).
Perform daily inventory reconciliation between SAP and FTZ software.
Record keeping for all FTZ-related documentation.
System Administration & Data Integrity (10%)
Manage FTZ operating systems
Validate data integrity between FTZ systems and ERP platforms.
Support FTZ software implementations (new ICRS) and process improvements.
Risk Management (15%)
Evaluate compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Implement KPIs to measure efficiency and compliance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Customs processes and work to implement changes to optimize operations.
Training & Stakeholder Collaboration (10%)
Train staff on FTZ compliance and operational procedures.
Provide guidance to internal teams on FTZ-related matters.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in relevant field such as Customs, FTZ manufacturing or international trade.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Customs management.
S. Customs Broker License is preferred.
Certified Export Specialist (CES) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) preferred
NAFTZ FTZ Certification preferred
Strong, demonstrable knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and regulations.
Knowledge of International Customs laws preferred.
Highly proficient written and spoken English.
Mastering SAP is required.
Ability to work independently and in a team and a transverse environment.
FTZ manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with voluntary customs initiatives (C-TPAT, etc.) preferred.

Position Summary:
Airbus U.S. is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Principal Systems Test Engineer to develop solutions for satellite integration and test. We're looking for candidates who can bring exceptional engineering skills and strong experience in aerospace programs to the team.
Position Responsibilities:
The Principal Systems Test Engineer's primary responsibility will be leading development and executing I&T activities for the Airbus U.S.'s satellite flight hardware, flatsats, HWIL/SWILs, and simulators. Integration and Test 50%
Develop and execute various tests pertaining to the AirbusUS satellite platforms, including ARROW platform to meet customer requirements:
Lead the Integration and Test Phase for Systems Engineering through development of test requirements, designing test methods, and following through test execution
Create test plans and procedures for various levels of assembly: unit, module, subsystem, platform, satellite. Includes testing such as functional, environmental, compatibility
Develop and interact with the Flatsats and other I&T means to test functionality and performance
Develop test sequences that demonstrate compliance with various interface specifications at both the subsystem and satellite, and systems level
Support the development of subsystem level requirements and requirement flow-down to the various components and parts as necessary - in all phases of the development lifecycle with particular emphasis on Design for Cost/Design for Manufacturability/Design for Test approaches
Drive multiple concurrent engineering projects (programs or mission) - could lead to spacecraft, payload, satellite bus, and/or launch integration activities;
Lead in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of engineering and integration activities
Roadmap Development 25%
Support Airbus spacecraft development product roadmap: includes design adjustments, schedule, and cost targets aligned for future business captures.
Support the definition of spacecraft customization process for customer mission needs.
Assist product teams in unit-level development to ensure consistency and quality across development projects
Additional Responsibilities 25%
Perform all the necessary system engineering activities to build, to maintain and to evolve the Airbus spacecraft products.

Job Summary:
The FalconCare Maintenance Representative will provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft. Principal Duties:

Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices
Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes
Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas
Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Help Desk, and Service Engineering) to ensure proper level of customer support
Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare and warranty processes
Non-Principal Duties:
Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance
Work with authorized service centers in establishment of new flat rates and periodic review and updating of existing flat rates for scheduled inspections and frequently seen tasks
Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment
Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
FAA A&P license required
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer facing position with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns
Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs
Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills

Position Summary

Qualifications

Tool Control: It is the responsibility of every employee to inventory their tools at the end of their shift and whenever moving from one aircraft project to another. Proper tool control is mandated by the FAA and our Repair Station and Quality Control Manual. It is imperative to have the correct tool logged to the aircraft that it is being used on for calibration usage and recall purposes.

Qualifications

Job Description
Under the direction of the Work Order Supervisor, this position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all MRO and related projects. Accomplishes aircraft work order financial review, detailing labor and material issues requiring resolution prior to closing.
Conducts final review of job with Project Manager/Operations Manager to insure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer invoicing instructions.
Assists Customer Project Managers in proper preparation of documentation for Change Order Requests.
Ability to work independently and interface with customers, both internal and external.
Assists in research and resolution of customer inquiries

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
AA Degree or two years of related experience.
Minimum of two- (2) years of experience with aircraft warranty work, accounting work order systems, parts and billing procedures strongly preferred.

Job Summary:
The FalconCare Maintenance Representative will provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft. This includes making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Principal Duties:
Provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft
Provide answers to questions regarding FalconCare, warranty and commercial program coverage
Recommend cost effective repair options while ensuring DFJ meets contractual support obligations to programs
Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices
Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes
Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas
Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Help Desk, and Service Engineering) to ensure proper level of customer support
Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare and warranty processes
Non-Principal Duties:
Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance
Work with authorized service centers in establishment of new flat rates and periodic review and updating of existing flat rates for scheduled inspections and frequently seen tasks
Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment
Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
FAA A&P license required
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer facing position with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns
Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs
Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with staff/customers
Additional Desired Qualifications:
