You will be part of a team delivering quality inspections. As part of the production process team, you will be involved in production aiming at aircraft structural assemblies and components.

Your challenges:
Implement technical inspections in production of the aircraft in context of the authorization of manufacturer operation.
Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements.
Detail the technical inspections performed in the FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP production orders SAP-based and the relevant IT systems by inspection remarks and complete other aircraft documents as well as prepare first article inspection reports.
Support fixing, Functional Test Procedures(FTPs) and participate in Quality Survey requests.
Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.
Your boarding pass:

3 years of confirmed experience with an emphasis on structural components and assemblies.
Preferred quality and manufacturing experience in cabin installation.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of drawing systems, inspection plans, and inspection coordination.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and tools used in the production line.
Handling and use of inspection tools of the length measuring techniques (mechanical, optical, electrical).
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, in English which is required operating in a multicultural and multifunctional environment.

About the role:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting sheet metal parts, welded assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, welding standards, and customer requirements. This role supports the manufacturing team by identifying nonconformities, ensuring corrective actions, and maintaining product quality throughout fabrication and welding processes.
Key responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspections of sheet metal components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
Conduct visual and dimensional weld inspections per AWS D1.1, ISO, or equivalent welding standards.
Verify weld quality, including size, length, penetration, porosity, cracks, undercut, and overall workmanship.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and weld symbols to ensure product conformity.
Perform in-process inspections during sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, stamping, drilling, assembly, etc.).
Inspect surface finishes, powder coating/painting, and other secondary processes
Document inspection results, prepare quality reports, and maintain records.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure inspection tools and gauges are calibrated and properly maintained.
Follow all company safety, ISO 9001, and quality system procedures.
Minium Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical certification required, associate degree in a technical field preferred.
2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a sheet metal fabrication or welding environment.
Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, spot welding) and common weld defects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols.

About the role:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting sheet metal parts, welded assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, welding standards, and customer requirements. This role supports the manufacturing team by identifying nonconformities, ensuring corrective actions, and maintaining product quality throughout fabrication and welding processes.
Key responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspections of sheet metal components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
Conduct visual and dimensional weld inspections per AWS D1.1, ISO, or equivalent welding standards.
Verify weld quality, including size, length, penetration, porosity, cracks, undercut, and overall workmanship.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and weld symbols to ensure product conformity.
Perform in-process inspections during sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, stamping, drilling, assembly, etc.).

Your challenges:
Execute technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation
Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements.
Document the technical inspections performed in the multiple production orders SAP-based and the relevant SAL-based IT systems by inspection marks and complete other aircraft documents as well as prepare first article inspection reports.
Support troubleshooting, Functional Test Procedures(FTPs) and participate in Quality Survey requests.
Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.
Document all the results of the technical inspector in the FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP based IT system.
Attain skills to perform audits of Non-Conformance Rework Orders as part of the Material Review Board (MRB).
Perform audits/reviews of workbooks to validate PV approval and process adherence.
Track and maintain components during the Non Conformance process.

Inspection: 60%
Perform required technical inspections to receive or reject incoming material, airframes, aircraft components and to detect/report suspected unapproved parts
Perform in-process inspections for components in electrical backshops, manufacturing, composites, MRO and paint shop to judge the serviceability or rejection of manufactured parts, electrical components, and paint
Perform detailed inspections of manufactured components such as but not limited to dimensional checks and acoustic tap testing
Inspect aircraft aluminium, titanium or steel structures for cracks, corrosion, damage and improper assembly.
Determine proper shimming and joining of structures with rivets or other hardware in accordance with design drawings, engineering disposition, and other approved data
Detect hidden damage during inspections of airframe structures, components and sub-assemblies that could occur during shipping, receiving, or manufacturing
Verify build of aircraft system wiring harnesses, connectors and electrical terminations as per design drawings
Physically and systematically quarantine non-conforming components and assemblies identified during inspections
Monitor the use of Measuring and Test Equipment to ensure it is well maintained and current relative to its calibration cycle
Perform stock inspections/purges when notified of possible non-conforming/suspected unapproved material
Evaluate and disposition sales returns
Select product samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.) to validate conformity to approved drawings and manuals
Accomplish in-process and final quality inspections for conformity, maintenance, repair, modification, rework and overhaul of aircraft components and sub-assemblies
Perform conformity inspections for Supplemental Type Certificated (STC) development projects, parts manufacturer approval (PMA) parts, structural and electrical components
Inspect multiple airframe components to determine proper fit, form and function of the components
Validate disposition of parts or repaired parts routed to shop floor, from warehouse, internal shops and suppliers for conformity and serviceability in accordance with approved data
Qualify dynamic component parts applying visual inspection and precision measurement methods.
Observe and validate instrument connections, functional or operational tests, adjustments of aircraft radios, navigational systems and flight control systems and instruments to ensure they meet required specifications
Ensure compliance with all applicable calendar/hourly inspections, life limited or cycle limited components, airworthiness directives and alert service bulletins
Verification of testing for emergency locator transmitters (ELT), Transponders, Altimeters, Airspeed Indicators and Air Data Computers in accordance with Title 14 CFR Parts 91, 135 and 43
Documentation: 30%
Ensure proper tagging, identification and airworthiness of parts released to Airframe, Engines, and Accessories
Compare quantity, part number, and serial number of items received with procurement data, purchase orders and other specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
Create, distribute, track in SAP and disposition the monthly Shelf Life Expiration Date (SLED) report as directed
Create QN/NCs for non-conforming material detected and coordinate with Quality Engineers on non-conformity resolution
Ensure all materials have required documentation (i.e. 8130-3, EASA Form, Certificate of Conformance)
Process Goods Receipts during receiving of material
Document applicable maintenance actions for airframe, engine, accessories and components in accordance with FAA and EASA approved regulations and company procedures.
Research airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and alert service bulletins for applicability to aircraft and/or components
Read and validate engineering drawings, reports, and test specifications
Properly identify and document items in quality quarantine cage
Document and prepare airframe, engine, accessories or components for return to service after production, maintenance, overhaul, repair, inspection, test or modification

Your challenges:
* Execute technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation
* Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements.
* Document the technical inspections performed in the multiple production orders SAP-based and the relevant SAL-based IT systems by inspection marks and complete other aircraft documents as well as prepare first article inspection reports.
* Support troubleshooting, Functional Test Procedures(FTPs) and participate in Quality Survey requests.
* Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.
* Document all the results of the technical inspector in the FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP based IT system.
* Attain skills to perform audits of Non-Conformance Rework Orders as part of the Material Review Board (MRB).
* Perform audits/reviews of workbooks to validate PV approval and process adherence.
* Track and maintain components during the Non Conformance process.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Your boarding pass:
Education:
* High school diploma or GED.
* FAA Airframe & Powerplant License including inspection authorization is preferred.
Experience:
* 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation company with an emphasis on mechanical and/or structural components and assemblies.
* Previous experience in a mechanic or technician role is highly desirable
* Airline experience is desirable
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
* Knowledge of drawing systems, inspection plans, and inspection coordination.
