The Service Porter is responsible to greet each customer as they arrive in the service reception area and transition their vehicle to the service center for maintenance and/or repair. This position has a variety of tasks to serve customer and associate needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences. Execute consistent processes to assure favorable customer and associate experiences. Drive and park vehicles. Stage customer vehicles for maintenance and/or repair. Execute courtesy car wash services to Premier customers. Pick up and deliver customers (shuttle) as instructed by the manager. Retrieve completed vehicles for customer delivery post repair.
