  • Responsible for maintaining all Logs and Records in an up-to-date status, while aircraft are on-site undergoing Periodic Depot Maintenance (PDM) or while inducted for modifications, as directed by government contracts.
  • Account for all records upon induction of aircraft.
  • Analyze incoming Flight Records and aircraft discrepancies for correct data and trending.
  • Screen aircraft records for Airworthiness Directives and/or service bulletins applicability and compliance.
  • Verify and analyze accumulated Equipment Operation Record time on APU/Engines/Propeller and make changes as required.
  • Screen APU Equipment Operating Record and verify accumulated operation time for accuracy and verify sub-assemblies are correctly listed.
  • Review aircraft records received in accordance with applicable technical publications.
  • Update and maintain records daily in accordance with applicable technical publications.
  • Conduct investigations regarding missing, incomplete or contradictory information received from the customer to reconcile, before aircraft is returned to flight status.
  • Provide data input to government websites, as required to maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Interface with program office and customer, as needed, concerning maintenance issues.
  • Release required reports in accordance with applicable technical publications and contractual statement of work.
  • Update aircraft applicable technical publications as needed; and other duties as assigned.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Dod Security Clearance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related experience. Combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Requires Accuaracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to interface with all levels of management and multiple departments.
  • Must be a US Citizen


Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Multiple Aircraft platform experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a Depot Level Environment is preferred.
