Must Have:

Safety:Drive completion of all safety corrective actions on time.
Perform audits and create follow up work orders to items identified.
Support and complete all leadership responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, Confined Space, JSA's securing the work area, over head safety, and to serve as the responsible party in any situation where someone might be injured.
When working on a complex job requiring multiple trades a pre task plan shall be filled out.
When working on a non-routine job a take two card shall be filled out.
Know your shelter and rally points. Be prepared to account for every member of your team.
Daily Activities:Complete the utilization form
Offer over time according to the contract language and properly update the tracking sheet.
Review down Equipment list and take action to get items closed within your sphere of influence.
Respond to all calls for assistance on the floor.
Manage your teams scheduled work and immediately escalate any problems with execution of the plan.
Assign work as necessary to meet scheduled jobs as well as any reactive maintenance that comes up.
Assure the start up sheets are filled out every day and update as necessary when new information is discovered with the intent of making the production start up smooth and problem free.
Support the organization of the assigned shop and the material list be it POU for the shop or lineside components.
Drive to maximize equipment availability by:
Responding to down time events as necessary, identifying improvements to minimize or eliminate root causes, improve team response times, improve fault detection, improve action plans, and engage engineering or vendors to support all activities.
Identify any actions that need to be taken and add them to the countermeasures tracking. If the event ends with an ICA it is required that a corrective maintenance work order be inputted into the work order system for the PCA and your manager must be notified.
In all cases, the supervisor is responsible for verifying this has been done without delay.
Engage the reliability engineer as necessary to drive PCA's
Weekly Activities:Strive to meet all BPD goals, update individual metrics, and update all countermeasures
Perform a minimum of one LOTO audit per week and upload to the tracking sheet
Audit and sign off on team members' cart safety sheets
Complete Leadership Standard Work
Complete all scheduled layered audits
Attend all scheduled team meetings unless excused by your manager.

What You'll Do:
* Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with contract requirements. Manage contract master schedules as well as the three-week look ahead schedules, which encompass maintenance, repair work, quality, and safety inspections.
* Review RM reports and deficiency lists for completeness, quality, accuracy, and contract compliance. Route documents for corrections and/or signatures through multiple entities, ensuring timelines required by the contract are met. Upload approved report versions into the USACE Resident Management System (RMS).

* Coordinate with field personnel to ensure accurate and updated FMPs.

JOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will help sustain Mennel's tradition of excellence established in 1886 as well as support our food safety programs and mission to reliably deliver superior quality, uniformity, and service. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, directing and planning by maintenance strategies to achieve facility goals. This position will sustain the Mission and Motto and Food Safety and Quality Statement of the Mennel Milling Company.
PRIMARY WORK SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM. Works shift as assigned and overtime as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations in respect to GMP's, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the US FDA Food Safety Modernization Act as stated in the FS&Q Statement, and sanitation guidelines as set forth by the company as listed in Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and attend all required training sessions. Maintain the department/facility in an everyday audit ready condition.
Lead maintenance staff in all areas of food safety regarding GMP's HACCP and sanitation.
Lead maintenance staff in all areas of personnel safety with regards to all OSHA and NFPA regulations (Use Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Program for reference).
Hire, train and evaluate through continuous improvement and training to maintain a productive and competent maintenance workforce.
Supervise maintenance PM's, planning, project management and emergency break downs.
Use scheduling of work force to maintain and set goals for plant project, preventative and predictive maintenance; track on time PM completion rates and develop PM's according to runtime verse calendar.
Lead company in maintenance improvements.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Keep inventory on supplies and equipment needed to maintain many departments.
Improve plant systems through, the use of automation, electronics, and other new technologies.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the supervision and management of all maintenance staff. Responsible for supervision of outside contractors that assist with building and equipment maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree in a Maintenance related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance related leadership position preferred.
Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job while wearing a respirator.
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize tasks and follow through to ensure completion of assignments in an efficient and high-quality manner.
Ability to maintain predictive maintenance of plant equipment through, the use of maintenance connection or similar computer-based program including the management of inventory.
Ability to input and analyze data into maintenance connection to track department work.
Ability to facilitate budgetary guidelines, reduce cost and enhance inventory systems.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, procedures, and plans. Ability to write, complete checklists and other basic documentation and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information or data in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must use solid judgment when making decisions. Must have ability to quickly recognize and plan for changing work duties and events.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and administration of our Lift Maintenance team to produce anexceptional guest and employee experience
Coach and motivate to ensure employees are aligned with Vail Resorts' goals, values, and core competencies.

Job Requirements:
Strong management, communication, leadership, and team building skills, skiing/riding ability,and must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (winter/summer)
