We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to oversee and manage our FAA Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, planning, and coordination of the program, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of education and training. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the FAA Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician School, including administration, budgeting, and staff management.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, including Part 147 and other relevant standards
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred:
