The **UH60 Aircraft Mechanic I** troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. + Repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.
+ Reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
+ Performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments.
+ Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction.
+ Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
+ Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
+ Supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.
+ Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
+ Valid up-to-date **A&P license** .
+ If no A&P license, shall have Three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, Two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) years on the assigned MDS **(UH60)** .
+ All experience must be within the Six (6) most recent years.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: **US Citizenship is required** for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.
+ **Tools are Required** ; must possess own shadowed/etched Tools and Toolbox.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
+ Possess good communication skills; be adaptable, diversified and capable of troubleshooting entire aircraft system.
+ Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical and associated systems principles to complete properly all probable work tasks.
+ Knowledge of Quality Control, Production and Supply procedures required to perform job assignment.
+ Able to properly use a variety of common hand tools and measuring devices such as gauges, torque wrenches and scales and test, measurement and diagnostic equipment related to specific aircraft models.
+ Able to determine when faulty systems or assemblies can be corrected through repair of replacement of new parts and the nature and extent of repair required.

Role Overview: What You'll Be Doing
The MSU Aircraft Technician (Atlanta, GA) will perform a variety of aircraft modifications and maintenance functions on AOG aircraft on road trips. Duties include advanced troubleshooting, removal and installations of airframe components, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, control systems and any other maintenance requirements required to return aircraft to service.
Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Must be able to communicate effectively with scheduling, flight crews, Technical Support, vendors, and leadership.
Perform maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical and avionics systems.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently to perform assigned maintenance and avionics tasks.
Responsible to coordinate/order, receive and inspect all tooling and materials needed to service the aircraft, prior to use/installation.
Responsible for inspecting the MSU truck, tools for calibration/operation, stocking levels and hazmat.
Arranges the shipment of all core units and tooling back to the proper location.
Properly completes work order signoffs, logbook entries, shift turnovers, expense reports and all other paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensures that all work accomplished meets quality standards, maintenance manual and company policies.
Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship and promotes the Wheels Up brand positively when interacting with others.
Properly identifies (tags) parts and equipment. Stores aircraft components and other property securely and safely.
Operates and supervises use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components.
Coordinates with Line Service and FBO ops to schedule movement of aircraft and assist with movement of aircraft.
Provides regular updates on aircraft status and all support activity to MCC and leadership, as needed.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional attitude.
Assists in training new/junior employees.
Responsible for maintaining company training requirements.

Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
Valid Driver's License required
4+ years combined experience in inspection, maintenance or servicing of corporate type aircraft
2+ years AOG experience
Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for the noted aircraft models and systems.

The Opportunity
As part of their continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join the Estimating Team. This role is key to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of construction projects. The Estimator will leverage takeoff software to prepare competitive bids and proposals, while also fostering client relationships through business development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for construction and service projects
Participate in client development and business relationship initiatives

Position Summary
The EX Line Operator will set up, operate, perform minor repairs and adjust automated production machines to produce golf balls that meet established quality standards, by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains safe, clean, and orderly workplace per 3S standards.
* Identify and resolve minor mechanical and quality problems.

The UH60 Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. * Repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.
* Reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
* Performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments.
* Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction.
* Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
* Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
* Supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.
* Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Valid up-to-date A&P license.
* If no A&P license, shall have Three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, Two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) years on the assigned MDS (UH60).
* All experience must be within the Six (6) most recent years.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.
* Tools are Required; must possess own shadowed/etched Tools and Toolbox.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Possess good communication skills; be adaptable, diversified and capable of troubleshooting entire aircraft system.
* Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical and associated systems principles to complete properly all probable work tasks.
* Knowledge of Quality Control, Production and Supply procedures required to perform job assignment.
* Able to properly use a variety of common hand tools and measuring devices such as gauges, torque wrenches and scales and test, measurement and diagnostic equipment related to specific aircraft models.
* Able to determine when faulty systems or assemblies can be corrected through repair of replacement of new parts and the nature and extent of repair required.
* Must have skill in reading, applying and interpreting technical data.
