Job Title: Packaging Mechanic Overview: The Packaging Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by performing setups and maintenance tasks on assigned production lines. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each component in a bottle packaging line, the correct setup, connection between components, and efficient completion of changeovers. The ideal candidate can operate multiple machines simultaneously and perform maintenance on various equipment within the bottle packaging area, including bottle unscramblers, tablet counters, cappers, labelers, and case packers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform moderate to complex adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on packaging and pneumatic equipment.
Conduct machine changeovers, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems, and make appropriate repairs.
Execute daily preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, conveyors, compressors, and assist with equipment installations.
Complete work orders for machinery repairs, interpret equipment manuals, diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.
Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in daily tasks.
Set up full line configurations independently, identifying and reporting any faulty operations or defective materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMPs, ethical practices, and SOPs, completing documentation such as operation logs and batch records accurately.
Perform quality inspections during operations, adhering to product quality standards, and execute all required sampling and testing.
Train and guide Packaging Operators in safe and effective machine operation, including breakdown and sanitation tasks.
Adhere to proper gowning and hygiene as per SOPs and cGMPs, promoting a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
Support other mechanical or maintenance needs as required and maintain regular, punctual attendance with flexibility for extended hours and occasional weekend overtime.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of bottle packaging lines, including troubleshooting, repairs, setup, and disassembly.
2+ years of experience in nutraceutical, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing in a maintenance mechanic role for bottle packaging lines.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
Proficient in using measuring equipment like micrometers, calipers, scales, and Volt/Ohm Meters.
Familiarity with cGMP and OSHA standards; strong mechanical aptitude for machine repair and troubleshooting.
Basic English reading and writing skills, with PLC knowledge being an added advantage.
General proficiency with PCs.
This role requires a mechanically inclined individual capable of ensuring optimal operation of packaging machinery while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
* Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
* Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
* Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
* In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
* Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
* Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
* Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for maintenance and repairs to keep aircraft working safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of aircraft, components and equipment.

+ Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
+ Supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
+ Valid up-to-date **A&P license** .
+ If no A&P license, shall have Three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, Two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) years on the assigned MDS **(CH47 and/or UH60)** .
+ All experience must be within the Six (6) most recent years.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: **US Citizenship is required** for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.

Labcorp is seeking an Aircraft Technician for our new state-of-the art hangar located in Burlington, North Carolina. At Labcorp you will be viewed as an essential part of a dynamic and growing Aviation maintenance team responsible for servicing, repairing, maintaining, and inspecting Pilatus PC-12 aircraft and Pratt Whitney Canada (PWC) turboprop engines, such as PT6 series engines to ensure airworthiness in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
Your role reports to the Director of Aviation Maintenance while giving weight to your ability to work accurately under pressure, often following strict safety regulations and performing maintenance tasks on complex aircraft systems while adhering to precise specifications.

* You will be working out of a Beautiful New state of the art Aviation Hangar.
* Hangar environment is an industrial repair shop with exposure to occasional high decibel noise, hazardous chemicals (fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, etc.), industrial machinery, mechanical lifts, and operating aircraft.
* Monday through Friday
* Third Shift hours: 1130p to 830a
* Flexibility in schedule - overtime may be requested -
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conducts aircraft maintenance on company owned aircraft by servicing, repairing, maintaining and inspecting company aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness in accordance with federal Aviation Regulations
* Complies with applicable regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the FAA, OSHA, EPA, EHS and complies with all necessary paperwork mandated by regulation.
* Carries out assigned work in an expeditious manner, following manufacturer procedures and processes, exercising sound judgement in executing each work project
* Reports hangar and facilities deficiencies where applicable
* Completes assigned tasks with minimal supervision and direction.
* Repairs safety of flight and AOG issues at the time of occurrence on the flight line.
* Repairs and recovers aircraft having AOG grounding events at outstation bases.
* Coordinates with Flight Operations when the flight schedule maybe affected by aircraft maintenance issues.
* Participates in maintenance training on the job or at manufacturer training as required.
* Supports and participates in the Safety Management System (SMS).
* Collaborates with other team members to ensure a culture of safety
* Provides support to Line Service to help with ground operations as needed
* May be required to travel domestically up to 5% when needed to support outstation bases (OSU, BHM, TPA) for aircraft repair. (overnight stay may be required)
Minimum Education and Experience, Required
* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
* 1+ years of experience in the field of aviation maintenance
* You will be required to live within a 1-hour drive from the KBUY airport
* Possesses own tools - (Company provides all specialized tools)
* Scheduled On Call After Hours, will be required from time to time
Preferred Qualifications:
* FAA Inspection Authorization (IA)
* 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience on the Turbo-Prop aircraft.
* Knowledge and/or experience working on the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft and the PWC PT6 series engine
* Knowledge and/or experience in QC Inspection, Heavy Maintenance, Sheetmetal repair, Avionics Troubleshooting, and Maintenance training.
* Knowledge of LabCorp flight operations and schedule
* Recency of Experience - Per the FAR's
* Willing to obtain and maintain FAA Inspection Authorization (IA)
Preferred Skills and Competencies
* Knowledge of FAA regulations as it pertains to aircraft maintenance.
* Knowledge of aircraft parts serviceability.
* Basic skills with Microsoft Office and applicable suite of products

This Performs routine technical and skilled work in the maintenance, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment used in biosolids dewatering and incineration, and wastewater treatment plants; does related work as required. Work is performed under regular supervision.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Assists in the overhaul of water and/or wastewater treatment machinery and equipment;
* Maintains pump and lift stations, reads meters, lubricates and performs preventive maintenance;
* Rebuilds pumps and piping systems, installs new equipment;
* Replaces valves and instruments;
* Cleans, services and assists in the overhauls of pumps, motors and related equipment;
* Performs regular preventive maintenance inspections such as checking and lubricating bearings and gear boxes, checking and replacing filters, checking packing, temperatures, and any other requirements as it pertains to biosolids centrifuges, incinerators. Belts, pumps, etc.
* Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and City Safety Standards and Policies.

* Troubleshoots and repairs pumping and treatment equipment;
* Rebuilds pumps and piping systems, installs new equipment;
