Inspections are visual as well as auditory. Trouble shoots a variety of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems and takes appropriate corrective actions. Properly follows all repair procedures and maintains accurate documentation of all repairs. Maintains orderly and accurate records of all required inspections and work performed and submits required paperwork to supervision in a timely manner. Communicates the status of assigned rides both verbally and in written format. Maintains all assigned equipment in a safe and ready condition according to all applicable codes, laws, rules, company policies, and best practices. Reads, understands, and applies information from manufacturer's manuals for service, repair and or component replacement. Accurately reads blueprints (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic). Completes proper documentation as required. Interacts with and communicates with various groups and individuals, such as the immediate supervisor, other Park managers and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, inspectors, etc. Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions. Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor. Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Meets Six Flag's attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flag's attendance policies. Adheres to Six Flag's code of conduct including costuming and grooming standards as outlined in employees' Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks used in real-time industrial applications. Strong proficiency in developing and reading one-line diagrams, and technical documents. Proficient at maintaining various rides and attractions. Good judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License or Certification: Must meet location-specific requirements to work on specific rides and attractions. State or provincial certifications and/or licensing within if applicable in state. Valid driver's license. Welding certification preferred. Experience: Typically requires 4-6 years mechanical maintenance experience, including at least 2 years working on rides. Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.

Job Title: Packaging Mechanic Overview: The Packaging Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by performing setups and maintenance tasks on assigned production lines. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each component in a bottle packaging line, the correct setup, connection between components, and efficient completion of changeovers. The ideal candidate can operate multiple machines simultaneously and perform maintenance on various equipment within the bottle packaging area, including bottle unscramblers, tablet counters, cappers, labelers, and case packers. Key Responsibilities Perform moderate to complex adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on packaging and pneumatic equipment. Conduct machine changeovers, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems, and make appropriate repairs. Execute daily preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, conveyors, compressors, and assist with equipment installations. Adhere to proper gowning and hygiene as per SOPs and cGMPs, promoting a safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Support other mechanical or maintenance needs as required and maintain regular, punctual attendance with flexibility for extended hours and occasional weekend overtime. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of bottle packaging lines, including troubleshooting, repairs, setup, and disassembly. 2+ years of experience in nutraceutical, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing in a maintenance mechanic role for bottle packaging lines. The Flight Line Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, and auxiliary power unit for CH-53E aircraft. This mechanic may supervise the jacking and towing of aircraft, makes adjustments and settings such as cable tension and seat movement settings and adjustments; obtains standard parts such as fuel and oil line connections and fittings, cable linkage, and harnesses by referring to parts manuals and by making comparisons with samples, may perform pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, enter in the maintenance records description of the work performed, and services engines and aircraft components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. The CH-53E Worker is responsible for inspecting and maintaining rotor airframes and airframe components and performs duties relating to flight line operation. Replaces or repairs worn or damaged components, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removes engine from aircraft, disassembles and inspects parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairs or replaces defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft. Uses standard aircraft handling and taxi procedures in accordance with (IAW) Naval Aviation Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS), specific aircraft manuals, and local regulations, to support the host squadron. Launches aircraft IAW published flight schedules or as needed to support emergencies. Performs Recovery (pre-positioning support equipment and aircraft directing), including hot brake checks, post flight servicing, static grounding (aircraft to ground) and chocks. Performs acceptance, conditional, daily, phase, pre D-Level, post D-Level, special, transfer, turnaround and zonal aircraft inspections and preoperational and periodic inspections on SE IAW Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRC) and NAVAIR technical manuals.
