Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting. Position Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft. Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License. Ability to read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams. Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in physically demanding conditions. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Characteristics: Experience in an MRO or Service Center environment. Factory-authorized training on corporate aircraft and/or Honeywell engines. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
