We are seeking a CNC Machine Mechanic who is highly skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery and related mechanical systems within a safety- and compliance-driven manufacturing environment.
The CNC Machine Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring CNC equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. This position supports production by performing mechanical repairs, corrective maintenance, and safety-related improvements to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and restore CNC machines and associated mechanical components to safe operating condition
Dismantle machinery, equipment, and components using appropriate hand and power tools (saws, files, reamers, wrenches, etc.) and precision measuring instruments
Inspect mechanical parts and assemblies to determine repairability, salvageability, or required replacement
Perform corrective maintenance and safety-related repairs identified through audits, inspections, near-miss investigations, and Safety Committee findings
Document completed repairs, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance activities in maintenance and safety tracking systems
Verify that repaired equipment meets operational, quality, and safety standards before returning machines to production
Identify recurring mechanical issues and safety hazards; recommend long-term corrective solutions to reduce downtime and injury risk
Support lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and workplace safety compliance initiatives
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Solid understanding of CNC machine components (spindles, bearings, ball screws, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, etc.)
Working knowledge of safety standards, LOTO procedures, and machine guarding requirements
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a production setting
Effective communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multi-axis CNC machines (mills, lathes)
Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (defense, aerospace, firearms, medical devices)
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge (a plus, not required)
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to - and occasionally exceeding - 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Must be able to run effectively at a minimum without retraining, at least 2 types of lines from the following; Dental, AP/DEO, Nair, Household, Display, and Aerosol.
Continuous and ongoing training of all lines will be required throughout the year and will be measured every 6 months utilizing the 3-Step training assessment.
Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify persistent problems to ensure maximum operation and minimal downtime.
Perform scheduled set-ups and changeovers.
Perform repair/replacement of equipment on production lines with appropriate follow-up documentation and work order requests through SAP.
Determine the root cause of equipment failure and execute actions to prevent future occurrence.
Ensure packaging line equipment is running efficiently.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Adhere to department's GMP's, JSA's and SOP's
Wear appropriate PPE.( Ear protection, Hairnets, Beard nets and eye protection, Steal Toe Shoes)
Adhere to all safety procedures.
Participates in all job-related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures.
Will receive general orientation, job specific, and refresher training relative to the hazardous chemicals they may handle in the course of performing their jobs.

General Purpose of Job: The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp operations, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required.
Must be available for Weekends and Holidays.
Duties:
Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft in accordance to specific standards
Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the Company's facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields, remove trash, perform lavatory service and check tire pressures as requested
Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil, and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating, and performing minor maintenance to this equipment
Use safety related equipment and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed
Performs grounds keeping and janitorial maintenance duties, drives snow plow and assist with snow removal as required
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas in and about the Company's vicinity
Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing services they may require
Assist with daily fuel farm inspections including performing preloading and quality control inspections
Perform daily and monthly fuel truck safety inspections. Ensure vehicles are in safe operating order and running properly
Maintain compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, Local and Avflight safety policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma or GED equivalent,
2 years related experience, Aviation experience a plus
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid Driver's license with a good driving record within company standards
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Demonstrate basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software for paperwork and computer transactions
