Overview
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for maintenance and repairs to keep aircraft working safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of aircraft, components and equipment.
Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components, in accordance with established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Service and inspect aircraft, components and related equipment.
Perform aircraft jacking, lifting, towing, and manual movement.
Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
Perform structural repair, inspects and identifies for prevention and repair.
Complete aircraft maintenance forms entries and enters data into the Maintenance Data System, ensures entries are accurate and complete.
Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all Company business dealings and decisions.
Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must hold a valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license
Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and customer service oriented
Ability to travel internationally with the ability to hold a passport required within 3 months of hire; passport expenses are paid for by the employee
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess a valid driver's license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage
Work Environment & Physical Demands
A uniform is required; Endeavor Air provides a uniform allowance.
Safety shoes are required and cost covered by employee.
Work is performed at the airport, outstations and various repair material vendors.
Requires contact with staff and business relationships with management staff.
Required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, as necessary.
Physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files and electronic equipment not in excess of 50 lbs.

As an Interior technician you will be working on some of the most sophisticated private aircraft in the world. * Assists in aircraft detailing and cleaning
* Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling
* Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases
* Cleanliness of shop and surroundings
* Work independently when required
* Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
* Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Performs aircraft corrosion control procedures including washing, wiping down, polishing, and vacuuming.
Performs aircraft, basic post-flight, and periodic/phase inspections.
Operate and maintain GSE, flight line vehicles, and other support equipment as required.
Discusses discrepancies with aircrews to obtain adequate troubleshooting information and data.

Maintain strict compliance with company and government Communications Security (COMSEC) policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; two-year technical trade school, military experience, or equivalent on-the-job training is required
Must hold a valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Must have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience as an A&P mechanic on small to medium fixed-wing and light & medium helicopters.
Experience shall be in a similar position within the last twelve (12) months.
Knowledge, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Demonstrated experience in maintenance support for various fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft (e.g., Cessna 206 & 208, Beechcraft King Air 300 series airplanes and Bell 407/412 helicopters)
