Seattle-area aerospace engineering Company is seeking a Lead EME Aircraft Component Technician. This position includes team management functions as well as doing hands on repair, assembly, soldering, or re-manufacture of electrical and electromechanical components utilizing company provided approved data. The lead technician will be responsible for scheduling work assignments for their department, mentoring technicians and providing support when needed. When not engaged in their assigned management tasks, the lead tech will be testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, electromechanical, and machined assemblies sent in for repair evaluation by our customers.
Essential Responsibilities
Liaison between technicians and product manager.
Assist with the execution of the daily operations (ie. timekeeping, reporting, training).

Experience and Skills
The ability to pass a basic background check.
4+ years of similar or related work experience; similar experience in aviation, marine, electronics, or low-voltage electric repair will be considered.
Experience leading or managing people, managing shop workflow and team motivation.
Moderate level of experience and proficiency with general electrical soldering and/or circuit board level soldering.
The ability to follow instructions and work to a written procedure concisely and accurately.
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Preferred candidate will be bilingual speaking English and Vietnamese.
You must be able to read and thoroughly understand technical drawings, blueprints, manuals and instructions. A pre-employment technical skills and comprehension test may be required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years' experience within an industrial Maintenance department.
Must be knowledgeable in electric, pneumatic.
Technical training preferred.
Ability to address complex problems and propose viable solutions.
The ability to troubleshoot using PLC and PC software system tools is a plus.

This individual will be a lead for the estimating department, ensuring accurate assessments of total mechanical project costs while enhancing estimating procedures through innovative technology and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in estimating and preconstruction experience within the commercial construction industry, with a solid understanding of mechanical HVAC systems.
Lead Estimator Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of all assigned estimates with accuracy and thoroughness, meeting all necessary deliverables.
Develop, manage, and implement metrics for both the department and sales team.
Apply working knowledge of relevant estimating resources.
Provide mentorship to team members and interns, focusing on effective communication, collaboration skills, and the use of various mediums and tools.
Participate in project interviews, presentations, and detailed estimate reviews with clients as needed.

Lead Estimator Qualifications:
