The MRL is responsible for developing a team of highly skilled reliability engineers and hourly reliability technicians tasked with successfully executing all reliability elements, including the RCFA process, preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM), mechanical (MPM), lubrication excellence, and world class MWS processes, among others. The MRL is also responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics, communicating those metrics to the mill team, and using a data based approach to develop reliability strategies to ensure the mill performs at world class reliability levels.
