Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and DDC systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical utility systems (fans, pumps, compressors, valves, steam traps, strainers, etc.), plumbing, and pipe fitting as needed to maintain all utility systems. Monitor HVAC systems and operations, including understanding and working with computer functions related to Emergency Management and Building Automated Systems. Ensure routine preventative maintenance is performed according to established schedules, including checking, cleaning, or replacing filters, bearings, belts, coils, valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, and compressors. Adhere to all established systems and training programs to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with all OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal government regulations. HVAC Certification preferred 0-2 years of basic maintenance experience. The role requires evening and weekend work, with the ability to work all shifts if needed. The role requires adherence to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
