Overview
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for maintenance and repairs to keep aircraft working safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of aircraft, components and equipment.
Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components, in accordance with established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Service and inspect aircraft, components and related equipment.
Perform aircraft jacking, lifting, towing, and manual movement.
Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
Perform structural repair, inspects and identifies for prevention and repair.
Complete aircraft maintenance forms entries and enters data into the Maintenance Data System, ensures entries are accurate and complete.
Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all Company business dealings and decisions.
Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must hold a valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license
Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and customer service oriented
Ability to travel internationally with the ability to hold a passport required within 3 months of hire; passport expenses are paid for by the employee
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess a valid driver's license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage
Work Environment & Physical Demands
A uniform is required; Endeavor Air provides a uniform allowance.
Safety shoes are required and cost covered by employee.
Work is performed at the airport, outstations and various repair material vendors.
Requires contact with staff and business relationships with management staff.
Required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, as necessary.
Physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files and electronic equipment not in excess of 50 lbs.
Must be able to use ladders, work stands, lifts, etc. and be able to work on all areas of the aircraft that may require access during performance of duties.

In this role, you will maintain the proper and safe functioning of Delta's fleet, ensuring customers have an exceptional travel experience. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
+ Performs all work activities in accordance with established laws, regulations, standards, safety protocols, and procedures to ensure safety of self and others.

+ Hands-on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PES (Packaging Efficiency Solution) packaging line equipment including: unscrambler, desiccant inserter, slat machine, vision systems, cottoner, capper, retorquer, labeler, bundler, and related equipment
+ Perform equipment challenge tests, in-process checks, and complete all associated documentation
+ Set up, troubleshoot, validate, and support Systech Serialization (Level 4) and aggregation systems
+ Support packaging equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
+ Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, servo, and PLC-driven systems independently or with engineering support
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all packaging equipment per SOPs and maintenance plans
+ Perform equipment setups, line clearances, and product changeovers efficiently and accurately
+ Regularly monitor packaging machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime
+ Analyze equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve uptime and throughput
+ Ensure all packaging equipment operates under continuous cGMP-compliant conditions
+ Document all work performed in equipment logbooks, maintenance records, work orders, BMR/AM documentation, and batch records
+ Maintain inventory of required spare parts and change parts for all packaging equipment
+ Troubleshoot vision systems, serialization equipment, barcode readers, PLCs, and HMIs as required
+ Collaborate with Engineering to install, troubleshoot, modify, and improve packaging equipment and processes
+ Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to Packaging Operators to reduce downtime and improve productivity
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, throughput, and reliability
+ Work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and process issues
+ Ensure compliance with safety requirements, SOPs, and company policies at all times
+ Gown and work in controlled manufacturing environments as required by SOPs
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma, GED, or Technical School Diploma required or Associate's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent certification preferred
+ Minimum: 2 years in a pharmaceutical packaging environment follow GMP compliance
+ Preferred: 3-5+ years with complex packaging lines
+ Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical packaging line equipment (PES systems: unscrambler, desiccant inserter, cottoner, capper, retorquer, labeler, bundler, vision systems)
+ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electro-mechanical, servo-driven, and PLC-controlled packaging equipment
