We're hiring a Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet of aircraft. This Lead technician will be qualified to support our King Air C90 airframe. This is a key role in ensuring and managing our team so they can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and providing regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Five (5) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
Valid State issued Driver's license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
King Air C90 maintenance experience
FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
Related experience under 14 CFR Part 135
Autopilot maintenance experience
Avionics and electrical repair experience

Maintain preventive maintenance records.
Repair pumps, valves, blowers, compressors, vessels, conveyors, and other mechanical process equipment, and fabricate equipment or components.
Operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses to make and repair parts.
Maintain lubrication program.
Troubleshoot equipment and replace or repair defective components.
Assist other maintenance technicians or engineers.
Coordinate area activities with central maintenance shop. Train other craftsmen as assigned. Observe all safety rules.
Maintain a clean work area and return all tools, unused materials and written references to designated locations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Five (5) years mechanical craft experience, three (3) years of which must be in mechanical industrial maintenance.
Diploma or applicable education from a trade or technical school in industrial mechanical maintenance may qualify for part of experience requirement

The senior mechanics also obtain the ability to mentor junior mechanics as well provide supervision while managing multiple projects. Typically A&P Technician II's have completed 2 or more airframe courses.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school and two plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Airframe and powerplant license. Multiple airframe schools
Language Skills:
Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Responsibilities
* Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and providing regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
* Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
* Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
* Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
* Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
