Aircraft Interior Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities• Inspect, remove, install, and repair interior aircraft components, including seats, panels, flooring, lavatories, bins, galleys, sidewalls, ceilings, and insulation materials• Perform cabin reconfigurations, modifications, and refurbishments based on engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements• Use hand and power tools to cut, trim, fit, and assemble interior parts and materials• Install and secure components using mechanical fasteners, adhesives, and other approved methods• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of interior components in accordance with OEM and regulatory standards• Perform touch-up painting and finish work on interior surfaces as needed• Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and company policies• Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and inspection criteria• Use technical documentation such as blueprints, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins• Participate in cabin safety checks and functionality testing of passenger service units, oxygen systems, and interior lighting Aircraft Interior Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements

Full-time Description
The Team Leader will report to and work closely with the Director of Service to set up a new repair station in Sarasota, Florida (SRQ) in advance of a new Pilatus Sales and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations facility scheduled for completion in 2027. Initial set-up will occur in a rental hangar at the Sarasota airport. Once construction of the new facility is complete, the Team Leader will assist the Director of Service and will be involved from the ground up through all major milestones, including the setup of a new repair station and transition into a state-of-the-art MRO facility.
The team leader maintains continuity of workflow by establishing and communicating priorities based on process specifications, schedule, and quality standards. The team leader will oversee aircraft maintenance operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. In the early stages, the role will also require performing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support across Florida, requiring travel to offsite locations.
On January 1, 2026, Skytech, a Pilatus subsidiary since 2022, will merge with Pilatus Business Aircraft, Ltd, to become one company: Pilatus Aircraft USA, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pilatus Aircraft, Ltd.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise 3-4 technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Manage active Work Orders; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
Review completed Work Orders; compare quoted vs. billed time and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct logbook research and sign-offs to support regulatory compliance.
Coordinate maintenance actions with internal departments and align with flight schedules.
Communicate with aircraft manufacturers for technical support and assist with customer estimates.
Perform engine run-ups, troubleshoot issues, and validate repairs before return to service.
Track squawks, inspections, and cleaning schedules for charter, management, and sales aircraft.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the proper, safe and compliant maintenance of a Waste to Energy (WTE) power generation facility.
Position Responsibilities:
Initiates and completes work-orders and requisitions and documents all critical and or pertinent information on a routine basis
Ability to use and become proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software (Tabware)
Available to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime,
Respond and report to work during off hours when emergency repairs are required and ability to be on call
Troubleshoot wide variety of industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs
Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
Ability to don all necessary PPE and safely work at heights, confined spaces, and other precarious places
Ability to communicate effectively via radio using three-part communication
Actively participate and support operations functions as necessary, including but not limited to internal equipment inspections, fire watch, cleaning of work area(s), etc.
Use various Machine shop equipment such as a bandsaw, drill press, , stationary grinder, parts washer, etc.
Knowledge of welding practices, including but not limited to; SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, Brazing and Soldering processes
Operate mobile equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, manlifts, skid steer type loaders, telehandlers and other mobile equipment
Perform Preventative maintenance activities and other routine maintenance and repairs around facility grounds
Must be able to effectively respond to changing plant priorities when directed by your supervisor.
Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
Prioritize work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools, and utility systems to minimize production downtime and complete all required paperwork and documentation in the company's computerized maintenance documentation program
Repair and/or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary
