Job Title: Packaging Mechanic Overview: The Packaging Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by performing setups and maintenance tasks on assigned production lines. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each component in a bottle packaging line, the correct setup, connection between components, and efficient completion of changeovers. Adhere to proper gowning and hygiene as per SOPs and cGMPs, promoting a safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Support other mechanical or maintenance needs as required and maintain regular, punctual attendance with flexibility for extended hours and occasional weekend overtime. The USMC MQ-9 CLS Mechanic is a highly qualified and skilled aircraft/composite mechanic with experience in structures, hydraulics, engines and avionics using diagrams, blueprints, and publications. The mechanic will directly support the USMC MQ-9 Site Manager while at the same time being available to support hands-on maintenance and leadership/training on an as needed basis. Essential Responsibilities: Inspect and repair power plant malfunctions, including cracked components, oil leaks, etc. Diagnose malfunctions, isolate causes, and correct breaks. Test engine operations, use test equipment to locate source of malfunction(s). Position Description: The Flight Line Aircraft Mechanic III may supervise lower skilled mechanics and assist with troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, and auxiliary power unit for CH-53E aircraft. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. The CH-53E mechanic is responsible for inspecting and maintaining rotor airframes and airframe components and performs duties relating to flight line operation. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. The CH-53E mechanic is responsible for inspecting and maintaining rotor airframes and airframe components and performs duties relating to flight line operation. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
