We're hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Air Evac Lifeteam. This technician will be qualified to support our airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Two (2) years turbine powered helicopter experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid State issued Driver's License
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. * Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
* Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.

In your role as a Warehouse Aircraft Technical Inspector, you will serve as team member responsible for assessing the serviceability and condition of various aviation components IAW Army Regulations, Technical Manuals, policies, and procedures. Supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.
Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Valid up-to-date A&P license.
If no A&P license, requires Three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, Two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) years on the assigned UH-60 (MDS).
All experience must be within the Six (6) most recent years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization**NAC-I T1 Public Trust. Note: US Citizenship is required for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.
Tools are Required; must possess own shadowed/etched tools & toolbox
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) or more years of actual experience in the repair, modification, maintenance and overhaul of aircraft required.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of aircraftmechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts.
Thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.
Working knowledge of aircraft sub-systems, including maintenance parameters, systems operation, limitations, and technical orders.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
May work in Aircraft maintenance hangar or outside.
May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure.
May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine and jet engine aircraft.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.

Summary of Essential Duties
The Aircraft APU Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and functional testing of Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) installed on Contour's fleet (ERJ 135/140/145 and CRJ 200). This role supports component-level repair activities in a Part 145 repair station environment and ensures all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform APU inspection, disassembly, repair, assembly, and functional testing on ERJ and CRJ APUs
* Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and fuel system discrepancies
* Interpret and apply CMMs, AMMs, IPCs, SBs, ADs, and engineering data
* Perform component-level repairs including starters, generators, fuel controls, gearboxes, and accessories
* Conduct borescope inspections and dimensional checks
* Complete detailed maintenance records and work orders in compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements
* Support APU test cell operations, including pre-test setup, monitoring, and post-test evaluation
* Identify unserviceable components and recommend corrective actions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
