Our Aeronautics Systems sector is currently seeking an **Aircraft Structures Mechanic Level 3** to join our operations team, located in **Dayton, OH,** working on assembly structures, laminates and composite bonding processes
Position Requirements:
This position requires **at least four years of experience** working on aircraft, aerospace structures or composites with a complete understanding of the detailed aspects of the job with practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. The candidate will receive limited supervision with detailed instructions for routine work, new activities or special assignments. May assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower-level employees.
What you'll get to do:
+ Fabricate composite components and/or tools, which may include, tool prep, ply kit generation, lamination, vacuum bagging, de-molding, composite trimming, finishing, core fabrication, and composite bonding processes
+ Performing part-fitting operations such as filing, burring, crimping, trimming, gromet installation, drilling, countersinking and reaming.
+ Aligning parts on jigs using templates and fixtures
+ Measuring parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
+ Modifying incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate engineering changes to structure.
+ Monitoring and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
+ Troubleshoot and solve unique problems through collaboration with engineers and other technicians.
+ Operate autoclave and curing ovens to complete bonding cycles
+ Use of appropriate PPE when working on the shop floor.
+ Recommend and implement continuous improvement activities in production methods, equipment performance and team effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 4-years of relatable aircraft experience in manufacturing/production (or similar)
+ Perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: lifting over 25 pounds, working with chemicals, overhead work, climbing up and down ladders, prolonged kneeling, bending, or stooping, carrying tools, testing for and wearing a respirator.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance and special program access required
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
+ Ability to work flexible, changing shifts, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance with a background investigation completed within the last six years with the ability to obtain program access.
+ A&P License
+ Experience with composite manufacturing, aircraft fabrication, assemblies, components, and systems in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment
+ Experience with high temperature composite materials including Polyimide.
+ Experience with structural subassemblies, including bonding, co-bonding, core bonding and bagging
+ Demonstrated ability using standard measuring equipment and power hand tools

Primary Level Salary Range: $25.91 - $43.22
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. Job Responsibilities
* Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
* Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.

POSITION PURPOSE
Performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with standards and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Evaluates the area and equipment that will be utilized to ensure that safety is not compromised before performing any maintenance action. Applies safety first at all times.

* Updates Supervisor on progress of work performed. Reviews paperwork at the end of shift to ensure that all work accomplished is signed for prior to departing the maintenance facility. Assists with completion of shift turnover reports in accordance with procedures in the GMM.
* Completes all department internal company forms, maintenance records, documents, work orders, etc. including performing maintenance computer system transactions as required (MEL, DMI).
* Provides coaching and on-the-job training as directed.
* Adheres to established work schedule. Participates in shift meetings and briefings as required.

Ability to move freely about the interior and in the unpressurized area aft of the aft pressure bulkhead and meet aircraft specific specs for weight limit.

What You'll Do:
* Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, removal and competently inspect underground facilities, conductors, fixtures, structures and other associated equipment on de-energized and grounded overhead and underground facilities under direct or immediate supervision.
* Demonstrate the ability to competently perform ground person duties under immediate or direct supervision as skill level dictates.
* Assist with loading, unloading, handling, maintaining, installing and removing poles, towers and structures.
* After completion of D-100, or equivalent experience, the employee must demonstrate the ability to operate Company equipment (with exception of digger/derricks and aerial lift vehicles), climb poles, ladders and structures, and work on de-energized conductors and equipment.
* Also, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts under direct supervision. After completion of D-200, or equivalent experience, operate digger/derrick and aerial devices, under immediate supervision as skill level dictates.
* Also, under immediate supervision of a higher classification, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts.
* Assemble and install Line Material and hardware under direct or immediate supervision
* Use and store hand lines, tie knots and demonstrate a basic working knowledge with ropes and rigging equipment inspection and use.
* Splice primary and secondary overhead wires using the proper tools, hardware and equipment (including crimping and compression tools).
* After completion of D-200, or equivalent experience, under direct supervision, the employee may operate cutouts, line switches, reclosers, and other sectionalizing devices, refuse line and transformer devices.
* During this time frame, the employee may progress from direct supervision to immediate and finally general supervision as skill level dictates.

Identify, inspect, use and maintain all classes of rubber gloves and sleeves (PIPE), and insulating blankets, hoses and covers (IPE). * Safely execute pole top rescue and bucket truck rescue processes as training is completed5. Protect or control work area. Set and remove barricades, flags, signs, cones and associated equipment.

Aircraft Maintenance is responsible for servicing, inspecting, repairing, and managing the overall quality assurance program for the corporate aircraft and associated equipment in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and IS-BAO standards as defined in the Company Flight Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures. Additional tasks may include, but are not limited to, receiving and shipping of aircraft parts, minor building maintenance, maintaining facility entryways, minor landscaping, and purchasing and/or replenishment of aircraft stock.
Responsibilities
Accurately completes all required Aircraft maintenance records and other aircraft documentation such as Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting as well as Aircraft Pre- and Post-Flight Inspections
Works with Director of Aircraft Maintenance and Scheduler to ensure daily coverage of all scheduled flight activities including launching and recovering trips and passenger assistance.
Actively use your knowledgeable of department FOM and IS-BAO procedures as well as all company policies.
When necessary, supervise and assist outside Maintenance contractors for specialized aircraft maintenance activities.
Maintains the Company Aircraft interior and exterior to a best-in-class standard.
Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
Adheres to all Cardinal Health policies and guidelines.

Qualifications
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of related experience preferred.
Previous experience with Dassault Falcon and/or Embraer Praetor strongly preferred.
IS-BAO experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail-critical eye for data accuracy - strong documentation skills.
Must possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills as well as solid reading, writing, math skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise.

Position Requirements:
This position requires at least four years of experience working on aircraft, aerospace structures or composites with a complete understanding of the detailed aspects of the job with practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. The candidate will receive limited supervision with detailed instructions for routine work, new activities or special assignments. May assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower-level employees.
What you'll get to do:
Fabricate composite components and/or tools, which may include, tool prep, ply kit generation, lamination, vacuum bagging, de-molding, composite trimming, finishing, core fabrication, and composite bonding processes
Performing part-fitting operations such as filing, burring, crimping, trimming, gromet installation, drilling, countersinking and reaming.
Aligning parts on jigs using templates and fixtures

Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, removal and competently inspect underground facilities, conductors, fixtures, structures and other associated equipment on de-energized and grounded overhead and underground facilities under direct or immediate supervision.
+ Demonstrate the ability to competently perform ground person duties under immediate or direct supervision as skill level dictates.
+ Assist with loading, unloading, handling, maintaining, installing and removing poles, towers and structures.
+ After completion of D-100, or equivalent experience, the employee must demonstrate the ability to operate Company equipment (with exception of digger/derricks and aerial lift vehicles), climb poles, ladders and structures, and work on de-energized conductors and equipment.
+ Also, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts under direct supervision. After completion of D-200, or equivalent experience, operate digger/derrick and aerial devices, under immediate supervision as skill level dictates.
+ Also, under immediate supervision of a higher classification, may work on conductors and equipment energized up to 260 volts.
+ Assemble and install Line Material and hardware under direct or immediate supervision
+ Use and store hand lines, tie knots and demonstrate a basic working knowledge with ropes and rigging equipment inspection and use.
+ Splice primary and secondary overhead wires using the proper tools, hardware and equipment (including crimping and compression tools).

Identify, inspect, use and maintain all classes of rubber gloves and sleeves (PIPE), and insulating blankets, hoses and covers (IPE). + Safely execute pole top rescue and bucket truck rescue processes as training is completed5. Protect or control work area. Set and remove barricades, flags, signs, cones and associated equipment.

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Aircraft Survivability Engineer - Test and Analysis to support several DoD survivability programs. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Aircraft Survivability Engineer - Test and Analysis
Support Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) efforts by developing test plans/reports, witnessing testing, processing test data, and conducting post-test analyses
Conduct survivability-based modeling and simulation (M&S) by developing inputs, executing analysis tools, processing results, and documenting efforts in technical reports
Evaluate survivability enhancement technologies and investigate potential performance improvements to minimize, and/or eliminate system deficiencies
Translate engineering level survivability data into inputs to support mission, campaign, and wargaming simulations
Develop authoritative data sources leveraging MBSE techniques by conducting research on data standardization and architectures.
Minimum Qualifications of Aircraft Survivability Engineer - Test and Analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field of study or social science and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
Desired Experience
Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with laboratory or system level testing including instrumentation, data reduction, and reporting
Practical knowledge of DoD aircraft and weapon systems
Experience with DoD related tools including XPATCH, MOSAIC, ESAMS, COVART, AFSIM, CAMEO, CATIA, SolidWorks, or others not listed
Strong coding and modeling skills that can be leveraged to interface with data sets
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to participate in small, dynamic teams and deliver products exceeding customer expectations

Cardinal Health is actively seeking a highly motivated, customer-orientated A&P Lead Mechanic to join our team focused on safety, service, and operations. The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and performing aircraft maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration tasks. This role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Lead AMT works closely with the Maintenance Director and other departments to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Departing from Columbus, Ohio, our Part 91 Aviation department aircraft currently include a Falcon 2000LXS and Embraer Praetor 500.
Responsibilities
* Accurately completes all required Aircraft maintenance records and other aircraft documentation such as Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
* Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting as well as Aircraft Pre- and Post-Flight Inspections
* Works with Director of Aircraft Maintenance and Scheduler to ensure daily coverage of all scheduled flight activities including launching and recovering trips and passenger assistance.
* Actively uses knowledgeable of department FOM and IS-BAO procedures as well as all company policies.
* When necessary, supervise and assist outside Maintenance contractors for specialized aircraft maintenance activities.
* Maintains the Company Aircraft interior and exterior to a best-in-class standard.
* Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
* Adheres to all Cardinal Health policies and guidelines.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
* High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience preferred.
* Previous experience with Dassault Falcon and/or Embraer Praetor strongly preferred.
* IS-BAO experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail-critical eye for data accuracy - strong documentation skills.
* Be proactive and willing to take initiative and responsibility.
* Must possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills as well as solid reading, writing, math skills.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Must be open-minded, decisive, and flexible.
* Must be very well organized, detail oriented and possess ability to multi-task.
* Must have ability to plan to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and prioritize workload.
* Able to work in confined spaces.
* Ability to be flexible with a rotating schedule
* Must have a high level of personal integrity.
Anticipated salary range: $85,000 - $130,000
