Learn more at *********************** or visit **************************** The Line Mechanic will: * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Aerosol Filling Machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality output. * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on Conveyors, Indexing Equipment, Label and Coding Machines to identify and address any potential issues. * Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components or parts on the production machinery to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of machinery with overall production processes. * Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to understand the structure and functionality of production equipment. * Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, such as mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic failures, using appropriate diagnostic tools. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and preventive maintenance schedules. * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Train and mentor junior mechanics or operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training is preferred. * Proven experience as a Production Mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, with specific knowledge of Aerosol Filling Machines. * Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing Conveyors, Indexing Equipment, Label and Coding Machines. * Strong understanding of technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. * Knowledge of pneumatic systems and their operation, including the ability to identify and repair pneumatic failures. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in maintenance and repair tasks. * Effective communication skills to interact with team members and provide clear instructions. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production goals. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
