REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other required inspections of amusement rides and related equipment as assigned; taking corrective actions as issues are identified. Inspections are visual as well as auditory.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspects, repairs and tests amusement rides and related equipment. This may include repair or replacement of major components such as hydraulic cylinders, gears, chains, sprockets, pneumatic cylinders, hoses, brakes, clutches, wheels, bearings, gearboxes, springs, or various other mechanical devices.
Troubleshoots various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Properly follows all repair procedures and maintains accurate documentation of all repairs. Maintains orderly and accurate records of all required inspections and work performed, and submits required paperwork to supervision promptly.
Communicates the status of assigned rides both verbally and in written format.
Maintains all assigned equipment in a safe and ready condition according to all applicable codes, laws, rules, company policies, and best practices. Works safely and efficiently on all assigned tasks, and coordinates with others as necessary to achieve desired results.
Performs various other tasks depending on experience including welding (Mig, Tig, and Arc) and fabrication; sets up and operates lathe, mill, drill press, grinder, and other metal working equipment.
Reads, understands, and applies information from manufacturer's manuals for service, repair, and or component replacement. Accurately reads blueprints (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of basic mechanical principles such as gear ratios, torque, proper use of common hand tools, common mechanical nomenclature, etc.
Familiarity with common types of bearings, bushings, couplers, shafting and similar power transmission components.
Demonstrable knowledge of the fundamental principles of either pneumatic systems or hydraulic systems; preferably both.
Carpentry experience
Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to work safely and effectively while elevated on ladders, platforms, or other structures at heights up to 300 feet above ground.

As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. * Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
* Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.

This position will be primarily located at Eglin Air Force Base with occasional trips to Crestview, Hurlburt Field, and other CONUS TDY locations. This work shift may require the selected candidate to work the first, second, or third shift as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Individuals must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical components with the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and replace parts/components; requires a broad working knowledge of C-130J/H aircraft systems including hydraulics, structures, engines, refuel pods, and electrical systems.
Experience performing periodic, and other hourly, special, or calendar inspections.
Basic knowledge of electrical theory and thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, and powered/non-powered support equipment.
Proficient with using USAF Technical Orders, the Data Transfer and Diagnostic System (DTADS), documentation of AFTO 781 forms, and entering data into the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
Experience with aircraft launch/recovery, performing preflight, thru-flight, and basic post-flight and corrosion inspections.
Prior experience as Refuel/Defuel, Aircraft Jack, and Tow Team Supervisor.
Prior experience performing other miscellaneous aircraft services including but not limited to Lox, Hydraulic, and Engine Oil, service aircraft tire/struts, and must be familiar with handling HAZMAT/HAZWASTE materials.
Desired Skills:
Six (6) years of experience on C-130 any variant experience aircraft as a USAF 7-Level APG, HYD, ENG Mechanic, or USMC 6256/6216 CDI equivalent.

Aircraft Mechanic, F-35 - Level 3
Remote Aircraft Structure Mechanic Job
What You Will Be Doing: Applicant will perform Launch and Recovery activities and perform maintenance on all systems ("nose-to-tail") of the F-35 aircraft to ensure they are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight. The selected individual will perform all maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements on all aircraft systems in accordance with applicable directives.
Applicant will be required to obtain special certifications (example: confined space, borescope, etc.) as locally required.
A successful candidate will be required to perform Field-Level Modifications, and Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance actions.
The candidate will also provide On-The-Job Training (OJT) as required to newly hired Interim Contract Support (ICS) team members, USAF maintainers and International country organic maintainers as required.
Candidate will maintain and update aircraft records and status in strict compliance with applicable directives and keep the aircraft production staff updated with that aircraft status.
Must be able to obtain and keep a flightline driver's competency card. The individual will also perform all other duties as directed by the production staff and leadership team, and must be able to work first, second, and third shift on short notice. Individual must be able to depart on temporary duty assignments-also on short notice. The individual will practice good housekeeping and follow safety procedures and ensure both programs are enforced.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Must be able to obtain and keep a secret clearance and must have at least an interim secret clearance to start.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support for assigned F/A-18 E-F aircraft
Performs inspection, disassembly, repair, servicing, TD compliance, modification, assembly, corrosion control, preservation/de-preservation
Maintain aircraft and aeronautical equipment to continuously support the assigned readiness posture outlined in in the activities plan and daily flight schedule
Aircraft maintenance action documentation via logs, records, forms, and electronic means
Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft egress systems and subsystems.
Use hand tools, power tools, machines, specific and general aviation test measurement and diagnostic equipment.
Inspect, repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft components/sub components to include rigging of flight control.
Read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
Confined space operations to include fuel cell entry
Support Equipment (SE) operation and inspections
General aircraft maintenance
Requisition repair parts, materials, and consumable supplies through military supply system.
Perform general housekeeping and organization of workstation(s), shop(s), maintenance facility to provide a clean, safe, and FOD free environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Five or more years' F/A-18 experience
Attended F/A-18 initial formal training
Eight or more years' experience with NALCOMIS/OOMA
Eight or more years' organizational and/or depot maintenance experience.
Eight or more years' of 4790 (NAMP) program knowledge.
Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management for Optimized Organization Maintenance Activity course (C-555-0053) or if previously completed, both the Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management course (Course D/E-555-0040) and the Naval Aviation Officer and Senior Supervisor NALCOMIS OOMA Familiarization course (Course D/E-555-0054).
Familiarity and ability to use NAVAIR IETMS.
Previously certified F/A-18 CDQAR
Basic Qualifications:
Aircraft egress ordnance qualification with five or more years aviation maintenance experience
Must be able to obtain CDQAR within 90 days
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift or as required.
Basic Corrosion Control Course.

Employees receive a Health and Welfare benefit of $7.50 per hour paid up to 80 hours on a bi-weekly basis.
