Demonstrable knowledge of the fundamental principles of either pneumatic systems or hydraulic systems; preferably both. What You Will Be Doing: Applicant will perform Launch and Recovery activities and perform maintenance on all systems ("nose-to-tail") of the F-35 aircraft to ensure they are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight. Aircraft Mechanic I performs inspection, diagnoses, repairs and monitors systems structure, gear, controls, power and electrical and/or electronic systems and components as assigned.
