Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations, reviews these with team members, and takes necessary disciplinary action on a monthly basis Completes monthly inventory action plans for team members Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts. Verifies and signs off on timecards. Visits accounts and meets with account representatives. Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager Lifts, carries or otherwise moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds while training and assisting at accounts. Walks, bends, crouches, and climbs stairs. Operates and maintains company-owned vehicle in a safe manner; to be used for the purpose of traveling to branches and accounts. Performs other duties as specified by management. Requirements: Inspects accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filling, and operating correctly. Recruits trains, and retains team members. Develops succession plans. Operates accounts within labor guidelines. Maintains team member inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption. Attends weekly staff meetings. Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours. The Parking Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the parking staff and operations during scheduled shifts. ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as liaison between Parking department and User group contacts, hotel partners, Public Safety Department/CPD. Completes an inspection of each facility and its equipment each shift and reports any variances or points of concern. Provides a shift log on the operating status of parking access and revenue control equipment as well as any unique occurrences/issues to the Parking Coordinator, Asst. Manager and Manager at the end of each shift. Supervise daily activities of Lane Ambassadors and Maintenance staff in the parking department to ensure compliance to expectations. Provides leadership and team building, communicates policies and operational information, and works to ensure safety. Develops and maintains a cooperative team-building environment. This also includes services which affect facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors and the general public. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Health Information Management/Utilization Management, the Patient Access Manager provides operational and strategic leadership for all patient access services - scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, eligibility, and registration while overseeing switchboard operations. This position ensures smooth, efficient front-end workflow, excellent patient and caller experiences, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Manager serves as the key link between patient access, switchboard operations, clinical areas, IT, and senior leadership, driving improvements in throughput, communication, and revenue cycle performance. Manager assists with Quality Control development and implementation within the Patient Access and Communication Departments. Ensures staffing levels are appropriate in the Patient Access and Communication areas and participates in call back and stand by as required. Will provide initial training for new employees and ongoing training and monitoring of current staff. Ensures that all staff in Patient Access and Communications demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient's needs. Acts as a resource for other departments performing access functions and provides feedback to those departments on performance opportunities. Works with the Director of Health Information Management/Utilization Review to develop and establish best practice standards to measure and monitor processes to meet key performance indicators.
