Andrew R. (''Andy'') Cichocki is a member of Airgas' Management Committee and was named President of Airgas USA, LLC effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Cichocki leads all aspects of Airgas USA, LLC – sales, operational, organizational, and financial – and reports to Airgas President and Chief Executive Officer Michael L. Molinini. Formed in 2011, Airgas USA, LLC comprises the majority of Airgas' U.S. distribution business units, including its four Divisions, four Business Support Centers, and 15 distribution regions. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Cichocki served as Senior Vice President – Distribution Operations and Business Process Improvement for Airgas, Inc., a position he held since 2011. In addition to oversight of various business units, Mr. Cichocki has been responsible for Airgas' welding hardgoods and safety products distribution infrastructure, product sourcing and management, cylinder gas engineering and supply chain, and fleet management. He has also been responsible for Airgas' business process improvement initiatives, including strategic pricing and SAP implementation activities. Mr. Cichocki previously served as Airgas' Division President – Process Gases and Chemicals from 2008 to 2011, and also served as President of Airgas National Welders, one of Airgas' large regional distribution companies, beginning in 2003. Prior to that, he served in key corporate roles for Airgas including Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Senior Vice President – Business Operations and Planning, and Vice President – Corporate Development. Mr. Cichocki joined Airgas in 1988. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Delaware and earned an MBA from Villanova University.

Robert McLaughlin is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Airgas, Inc., the nation's leading single-source supplier of gases, welding and safety products. Robert has served in that position since 2006 after serving as Airgas's Vice President and Controller since joining Airgas in 2001. Previously, he was Vice President-Finance for Asbury Automotive Group, a multi-billion dollar automotive retailer, after serving as Vice President of Finance and in other financial management roles with Unisource Worldwide, Inc., a multi-billion dollar international paper and industrial supply distribution company. Robert serves on the Board of Directors of publicly-traded Axalta Coating Systems, Ltd., a global leader in the development, manufacture and sale of liquid and powder coatings. He is Chairman of Axalta's Audit Committee. Robert began his career with Ernst & Young in 1979. Robert earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.

Mr. Pascal Vinet serves as Vice-President of Healthcare Activities at Air Liquide Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Air Liquide Italia SpA. Mr. Vinet serves as Vice-President of Healthcare Global Operations of Air Liquide Tunisie SA and served as its Vice President of Healthcare Activities World Business Line and Healthcare Operations. He serves as Vice-President of Healthcare Global Operations at L'Air Liquide SA and served as its Vice President of Healthcare Activities since January 1, 2010. Mr. Vinet serves as President of Air Liquide Industrial U.S. LP of Air Liquide America Corp. He joined Air Liquide in 1986. He is responsible for the L'Air Group's Australian subsidiary, Corporate R&D and the Industrial Merchant activity in the United States. He served as a Vice President of Healthcare World Business Line and Healthcare Operations at L'Air Liquide SA.
