The BPI/SAP Help Desk Agent is responsible for supporting the Reg/Div, and specialty business units within the organization on SAP related processes and error resolution. The position is a remote home office position working within a live call center environment. Agents are taking live calls to help assist the end user in SAP, as well as monitoring email tickets coming into the ticketing system.

Partners with the Employee Relations COE on escalated case management and positive employee relations.

Involve the Legal department or senior HR leadership at the appropriate time.

Partners with HR COEs and HR Operations ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all new hires, terminations and personnel changes, in a timely manner.
Contributes actively to the development and implementation of overall HR strategy. Acts as a change agent in identifying opportunities to improve workforce and HR process effectiveness to enable business strategy and results.
Recommends and implements revisions to policies, programs and practices as needed.
Ensures compliance with all state and federal statutes, laws and regulations including but not limited to all applicable wage and hour laws, and regulations related to FMLA, OSHA, EEO and ADA.
Assists in administration related to HR processes, including ensuring HRIS data integrity of HRIS systems (Workday), generates reports, updates associate data and assists with talent management and total rewards processes. Participates with the implementation and maintenance of HR programs, such as but not limited to, diversity and inclusion initiatives, development and tracking of budgets, forecasts, HR department related expenses, tuition assistance as well as HR related KPIs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
A minimum of 3 years of related human resources experience required (relevant experience related to compensation reviews, employer relations, performance management and various human resources annual processes)
Must have high level analytical skills; previous experience operating in Excel/Google Sheets conducting V-lookups, pivot tables and various formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
HR related certification i.e. PHR, SPHR is preferred

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Job Summary

What You Will Do:
Lead and guide site SHE vision and strategy as a member of the Plant Leadership Team
Provide guidance and technical expertise to ensure compliance with SHE regulations including governmental, state, industry, and Ecolab.

Develop, track, and communicate leading and lagging key performance indicators.
Develop and implement systems and processes to reduce hazardous waste generation, increase recycling and improve conservation practices to meet our sustainability goals
Evaluates systems & implements projects to meet the requirements of wastewater and air quality permits.
Leads plant emergency response team, TPM SHE Pillar and participates in other multi-division SHE efforts.
Lead the Safety team members developing their competencies and career management.
Develop & implement systems & processes for SH&E system to ensure training is timely & effective, incident investigations are timely & complete, audits are regularly scheduled & observations resolved.
Partners with the team to create a culture of trust, engagement, transparency, risk awareness and avoidance, and rigorous application of our SMS.
Liaise with the local government entities including DHS, TCEQ, DOT, Fresno Fire Department, Health Department, Fort Bend Hazmat and Police Department.
Interface with the Engineering team to drive Process Safety incidences to zero and over time, engineer out the risks or implement engineering controls so as to not rely on admin or PPE
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, environmental or related discipline
8 years related experience with 2 years in a EH&S role in a chemical manufacturing environment
Experience managing internal/external audits and good working knowledge of EPA, PSM/RMP, MOC, OSHA, NFPA, and/or related regulations
Proven experience as a HS&E leader, supporting a team of direct reports

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Ecolab is seeking Supply Chain Interns to join our summer 2026 internship program. Throughout the internship, you will develop essential Supply Chain skills by supporting activities needed to conduct, monitor and evaluate Ecolab's Supply Chain growth in logistics, planning, procurement, quality, or manufacturing. * Provide management with analysis of information and/or recommendation for implementation

* Establish and maintain clear communication with contacts across business; foster close relationships with key vendors/suppliers
* Gain knowledge in project planning, project management, and managing external resources
* Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives
* Determine and implement best practices
Position Details:
* 11-week paid internship program, starting on Monday, June 1st, 2026
* Willing to relocate within the United States. Nationwide locations available

Minimum Qualifications:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
