Manages all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work, providing performance feedback, developing associates and resolving associate issues.
● Accurately completes and submits all sales-related paperwork (e.g., shippers, invoices, cylinder audits, month-end reports, cash reconciliations, etc.) in a timely manner.
● Evaluates and monitors day-to-day activities of a branch to ensure cost effective operations and makes changes to ensure same when required.
● Coordinates sales promotion activities and responsible for maintaining and stocking merchandise and displaying it so that it is attractive to customers. Maintains a clean and attractive store.
● Coordinates activities with other branches and/or immediate branch personnel to resolve any customer, sales or operational problems or inquiries. Issues are handled in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction.
● Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast.
● Complies with all state and federal laws and regulations. Files all accident reports with Safety Manager and regularly conducts branch safety meetings. Helps to ensure a safe work environment for all associates under his or her direction.

Proficiency with entering and extracting data into and from a computer is required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and/or distribution or similar industrial products is required.
Minimum of 2 years' of prior demonstrated management or leadership experience is required.
At least 6 months to a year of forklift experience is required.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and with little supervision and to complete a high volume of paperwork accurately and on time is required.
Ability to read and comprehend all written communications is required.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area and volume is required.

Ensure compliance with internal control policies, safety regulations, and corporate procurement guidelines.
Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits when necessary.

Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs

Qualifications

Prior delivery driving experience a plus
Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicle

Job Summary
Through effective leadership and coordination with a team of direct reports, the primary purpose of the Pharmacist II, Nuclear is to manage, facilitate, and oversee execution of day-to-day operations of the nuclear pharmacy. The Pharmacist II, Nuclear has completed all necessary training and is licensed to be a practicing nuclear pharmacist in their state of occupation. As such, this job has responsibility for optimizing pharmacy operations and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient delivery to control costs, minimize waste, maximize customer satisfaction and deliver positive patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with Federal and state regulatory agencies. In addition, this job has responsibility for managing inventory, processing orders, compounding patient-specific doses of drugs and directing a team of drivers to deliver medications after they have been tested for quality.
Shift/Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday rotating shifts: 12am - 8am, 6:00am - 2pm, and 8am - 4pm
Must be willing to work holidays (typically 1 to 2 per year), on-call, and weekends (every 4th or 5th weekend) as part of a rotation
Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours, come in early, stay late, or work overtime based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Provides pharmaceutical care to patients as a staff pharmacist, including compounding of nuclear medications, testing for quality through chromatography, and directing distribution of medication using a team of drivers.
Assesses and maintains pharmacy inventory and executes necessary orders, including reviews, to maintain optimal supply and ongoing availability of drugs, identifying and procuring alternative drugs to mitigate risks, when necessary.
Leads processes for hiring of pharmacy staff, onboarding, and performance management, including leadership of competency evaluations process and documentation.
Manages and directs internal workflows of nuclear pharmacy, including optimization of staffing and scheduling to maintain best-in-class and streamlined pharmacy operations.
Assists in execution of plans for lowering costs, increasing efficiency and driving profitable growth to support strategic business objectives in the nuclear pharmacy business.
Maintains relationships with outside suppliers and vendors to understand availability of drug components and assist in demand planning.
Participates in administrative tasks to facilitate nuclear pharmacy operations, including interactions with customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred
2-4 years of experience, preferred
Valid Pharmacist's license in the state in which the pharmacy operates, or is in the process of obtaining a valid license preferred

This is usually divided into two sections: 200 hours of formal course work and 500 hours of supervised experience. For current pharmacists, the requirements are the same plus a preceptor statement of training from an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist.

Qualifications
Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Machine Shop preferred.
2+ years of related professional work experience preferred
Experience designing/fabricating plastic injection mold tooling
Good verbal and written communication skills
Developed problem solving, decision making, and communication skills with potential for leadership
SolidWorks or other CAD experience desired
What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks
Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility
maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues
May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments
Adheres to all quality guidelines
Works with limited supervision. Work occasionally involves reviewing output by work lead or supervisor
Anticipated hourly range: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
