Job Description Technician role includes in house assembly of industrial gas systems, offsite troubling shooting and repair of industrial gas systems. As an Industrial Gas Tech / Assembler you will be responsible for assembling CO2 gas piping for MC331 systems. The position reports directly to the Production Manager. Key Responsibilities Mounting and securing pressure vessels Piping and gas system installation Metering and electrical installation Sheet metal fabrication and assembly Compliance and Quality Control Use of tools and equipment Safety and Housekeeping Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Proficient with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs with or without assistance Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow exact build specifications Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a production environment Willingness to document work and follow quality control procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience working with MC-331, MC-338, or ASME pressure vessels preferred Experience fabricating and installing piping systems for pressurized gases Competence in sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, drilling, fitting and riveting aluminum or steel panels Ability to read and interpret: P&IDs and piping layouts, Electrical schematics Familiarity with pressure testing, leak detection, and inspection procedures Strong understanding of shop safety practices, including: PPE requirements, Lockout/tagout, confined space awareness, hot work precautions Welding experience (MIG/TIG or pressure piping) Refridgeration Experience Work Environment & Schedule Monday - Friday 0800-1700 with scheduled breaks and 1 hour lunch.
