Usually, airmen don't need a college education. The most common degree for airmen is bachelor's degree with 31% graduates, with only 30% airman graduates earning high school diploma. Airmen who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or American University. Some good skills to have in this position include emergency situations, airmen and logistics.
