Work will be performed outdoors during the grass cutting season. Outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather. Work is expected to continue in light rains. Employee should be able to operate hand tools and power equipment for up to 2 hours at a time on uneven and sometimes rough terrain. Employee should be able to move about on outdoor unfinished grounds, lawns, paved/finished surfaces, and inclines up to 45 degrees. Some moderate lifting (<50#) may be required. Work involves frequent bending, stooping, and twisting. Some Saturday work may be required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the requirements of the job with minimal accommodations.
- Must successfully complete a background check and receive favorable pre-employment drug screen results.
- Must be authorized for coverage under agency insurance if operating agency vehicle have and maintain a good driving record required by the company's fleet safety program and a valid Alabama driver's license.

RATE OF PAY: $15.00 PER HOUR PLUS $4.92, HEALTH AND WELFARE
