GAT Sky Cafe is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport! Operations Supervisor Main Responsibilities ● The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service Representatives who delivers product directly to our airline customers. ● Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards and have a commitment to exceptional service. ● You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes and continuous improvement Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ● Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry. ● Problem solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills ● Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus. ● Open Availability Required.
