Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor emissions, operational metrics, and facility performance.
Extract and organize data from systems such as SiteView, ProCount, and SAP for analysis and reporting.
Conduct data validation and trend analysis to support sustainability and operational goals.
Collaborate with field operations and project teams to interpret data and provide recommendations.
Ensure data consistency across platforms and assist with integration efforts (coordination only, no coding required).
Present findings through clear reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience in data analysis within Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (required).
Familiarity with SiteView, ProCount, and/or SAP (preferred).
Ability to translate operational data into insights that support emissions reduction and facility optimization.
Experience with surface facilities, emissions estimation, or power systems.

ICON is looking for a Field Operations Program Manager to manage and develop Process, Planning, & Quality Programs. This role is critical in developing, documenting, and implementing operational processes and quality standards across Field Operations. The primary responsibilities of this role includes developing process documentation, checklists, workflows, and SOPs aimed at improving Field Ops operations and quality. In this role you will be responsible for the detailing of our processes in Miro flow charts, Google Sheets, and Procore. You will work with Field Operations Management to refine and implement these processes in line with discovered best practices. You will also be responsible for coordinating efforts surrounding all process improvement for Field Operations including data aggregation and analysis, scheduling process improvement meetings, and communication / coordinating, quality control procedures and documentation, and the rollout of new processes. This role is based primarily at ICON's HQ in Austin, TX but may require some (25%) travel, at local or deployed job sites dependent on departmental needs. This role will report to the Field Workforce Manager, Field Operations. You will collaborate regularly with the Field Operations and Field Logistics Managers, as well as with deployed teams in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet regularly with Field Operations management and work directly on-slab in the field to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop improvement strategy.
Collect, interpret and evaluate process metrics data to provide data driven insights for process improvement.
Lead the development of process documentation, workflows, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality in field operations.
Document Field Ops processes in a variety of software tools suites, including but not limited to Palantir, Procore, Miro, and the Microsoft software suite.
Own the upload and administration of all Procore documentation for field facing procedures, and act as the implementation lead for Field Ops.
Accountable to the enforcement of process compliance for all Field Operations processes.
Work cross-functionally with Field Logistics & Field Operations management, Project & Construction Management teams, and Software team to gather requirements for planning printer suite & support equipment deployment, and site planning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, surveying, or other industries with dynamic team structures and fast-paced implementations/improvements/iteration.
Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring compliance with ICON's standards and accurate records.
Strong oral and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the development of ICON's concrete 3D-printed wall system to maximize human comfort, safety, experience, and sustainability.
Develop construction documents, wall assembly drawings, schematic diagrams, and building envelope details with a focus on window and door systems, waterproofing, and weatherization.
Develop construction diagrams to effectively communicate construction sequencing for successful integration of building envelope components and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in the field.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building & material science departments to determine best practices for achieving effective weatherization, resilient design, and high thermal performance of the printed wall system.
Assist in the experimentation of innovative wall profiles and configurations for future application in projects.
Evolve ICON's drawing templates, organize ICON's detail library, and assist in the development of ICON's wall catalogue for application of wall systems in various climatic conditions.
Produce drawings to communicate design intent for research and development.
Coordinate with software engineers, print technicians, and construction operations to ensure successful implementation of wall construction in the field.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary building design, planning and architectural projects.
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience coordinating all phases of design (schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration).
Experience producing and organizing construction documents for complex projects, with an emphasis on integrating building systems.
Desire to work with a highly collaborative team on a quickly evolving product in a fast paced environment.
Interest in sustainable design, curiosity for novel architectural technologies, and desire to perfect the craft of construction.
Work samples and/or portfolio demonstrating prior experience in construction documents is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of previous experience in accounts payable with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office (specifically in Excel, i.e. Pivots, Vlookup, etc…), Google Suite, and Adobe.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong managerial skills.

ICON is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to support Military Construction (MILCON) projects, integrating ICON's 3D printing technology with other innovative and traditional construction methods within the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal construction environments. This role will lead cost development, proposal preparation, and pricing analysis for complex design-build and design-bid-build projects in compliance with USACE, NAVFAC, and DoD estimating standards. This role requires deep knowledge of federal cost estimating practices, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) cost principles. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for all phases of MILCON projects (conceptual, schematic, design development, and pre-final) using USACE MII, PACES, or equivalent estimating platforms.
Structure and format estimates according to UFC 1-300-09N - Design Procedures and UFGS Division 01 requirements.
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using Uniformat II and CSI MasterFormat aligned with federal reporting and audit requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately price ICON's 3D-printed wall systems, materials (CarbonX), reinforcement, and proprietary construction methodologies.
Prepare Basis of Estimate (BOE) narratives, cost assumptions, and supporting documentation to accompany government proposal submissions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years of experience in estimating for federal, DoD, or MILCON projects, preferably under USACE or NAVFAC contract structures.
Demonstrated proficiency in:
USACE MII / PACES estimating systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering technology, or a relevant technical field preferred.
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a relevant field (mechanical/electrical technician, mechanic, electrician, aerospace, construction, military/defense, or similar).
Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding (AC aluminum, DC steel), machining, assembly, and operation of standard shop tools (torque wrenches, drills, fasteners, gear chains).
Experience with pumps, AC motors, gears, air compressors, pressure vessels, and lifting equipment.
Familiarity with PLC systems and electro-mechanical controls (Beckhoff Twincat experience a plus).
Strong cross-team communication skills, with ability to mentor peers and junior staff.
Desired: A&P license or technician certification.
PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Comfortable working in both lab and field conditions, including extreme environments (heat >100°F, cold/freezing temps, sun, rain, mud, dust, and limited utilities).
Must be safety-conscious, adaptable, and prepared for hands-on, physically demanding work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

ICON is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Structural Engineer I to play a key role in assisting the structural design development of ICON's 3D printed wall system and building projects. This position will work as a member of the Design Build Department and will support ICON Structural Initiatives for many different projects. This role will report to the Director of Structural Engineering and is based out of our Austin, TX campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the structural design development of ICON's Concrete 3D-Printed (C3DP) wall system for various projects throughout the United States.
Structural calculations for enclosure and wall system design in coordination with other ICON departments.
Modeling full 3d structures and documenting construction documents using Revit.
Conduct structural performance evaluation and diagnostics for design development, certification and testing.
Propose structural designs for optimal performance by utilizing novel software and computational methodologies.
Assist and lead in the evaluation of ICON's structural building systems for compliance with building codes, standards and performance criteria.
Provide input on foundation systems for a variety of conditions while incorporating requirements from construction and hardware teams.
Perform field testing and building inspections of new and existing projects.
Participate in site observations and test preparation with project team and partners.
Prepare and submit engineering reports for assigned projects and tasks.
Review architectural and structural drawings prepared by ICON and 3rd party consultants for conformance with ICON standards and details.
Review shop drawings and submittals from 3rd party contractors for conformance with ICON standards and details.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
2+ years of relevant Structural Engineering professional experience.
Educational background or hands-on experience in the design of foundations and structural systems using concrete, wood, CMU, and steel.
Proficiency in structural analysis and computer-aided design tools for building systems.
Familiarity with applicable design codes and standards, including IBC, IRC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, NDS, and TMS.
Skilled in using Revit for structural modeling and documentation.
Strong understanding of structural design from first principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate degree in structural engineering.
Possess EIT certification.
2+ years of professional experience working on complex, concrete structural projects within a design-build environment.
Experience and familiarity with sustainability aspects of structural material systems (e.g. carbon content, and life cycle assessment).
Expertise in computational design software and programming preferred.
Experience in computational mechanics and/or numerical programming.
Working knowledge of test methods and standards associated with testing of structural systems required for code compliance.
Able to read and understand building construction envelope drawings including wall cladding systems, curtain wall, window and door systems, waterproofing, and roofing.
