Overview The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing employees, assigning work to others and acting as a resource to the employees. Additionally, this role involves managing relationships with service providers and partners throughout North America. This role is considered a working Supervisor position and will also assist, as needed, to complete the work of the department in addition to daily shipment processing. Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing operations during evening and weekend shifts including planning, covering and tracking shipments for on-time pickup or delivery, load acceptance, customer communication and being the initial point of contact for any escalations
Research and resolve customer inquiries and challenges on truckload shipments
Actively monitor and respond to customer emails regarding specific needs and basic operations are being responded to in addition to providing quotes for upcoming shipments
Effectively supervise, develop and coach the team within job performance, assignments and cross-training in addition to managing staff schedules in order to maximize productivity and minimize expenses
Assist in identifying and improving processes and procedures related to data entry, appointment scheduling, shipment coverage and turnover communication
Build strong partnerships through proactive communication with truck carriers, internal/external customers, sales team and vendors
Responsible for directly booking and monitoring status of shipments, as needed
Accountable to further escalate larger challenges to senior leadership or the correct party necessary (i.e. IT, HR, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned

The wage range for this position is $81,300.00-$117,000.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Qualifications Education

The Customs Entry Writer is responsible for preparing, compiling and managing all documentation and records required to clear goods through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including negotiating with, retaining and service as an intermediary between airlines, shipping companies, trucking companies, shippers, consignees, bonded and other warehouses and the CBP.
Duties & Functions
Essential:
Make U.S. Customs entries under U.S. Customs law for customers under the supervision of the Customs House Broker.
Ensure that entries are in compliance with U.S. Customs law under the supervision of the Customs House Broker.
Ensure that all documents required by U.S. Customs regulations are correct and complete to include customer compliance under the supervision of the designated Customs House Brokers.
Utilize experience and knowledge of CBP rules and regulations to classify goods and determine applicable duty rates.
Prepare and file with the CBP all documentation required for goods to clear customs and enter the U.S.
Thorough knowledge of all entry types including but not limited to - Formal, Informal, Warehouse Entry/Withdrawal, Carnets, TIB, IT, IE, T&E, etc.
Examine shipment documents to ensure accuracy of reporting requirements to CBP including but not limited to Entered Value, Country of Origin, Terms of Sale, SLAC count, etc.
Maintain up to date knowledge, including any needed continuing education of the regulations and procedures of CBP for the classification and entry of goods.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all regulations and procedures of the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Transportation and other state and federal agencies regarding the importation and transportation of goods, including hazardous materials, food and live animals.
Maintain and update customer/importers profiles.
Perform customer service duties with correspondence to customs and overseas partners, emails fax, etc.
Process ACH Statement payment to CBP.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education & Experience:
Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED.
Minimum requirement of 5 plus years' experience in customs entry writing, customs brokerage, or a related field within logistics or freight forwarding business.
Accurately calculate costs for international shipments including duties and freight, storage, tariffs and other charges.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and ability to conduct paperless entry of goods through the CBP computer system.
Knowledge of relevant ISO standards.
Valid driver's license required.

Overview
The Account Executive - Food Logistics is responsible for creating, growing and managing an account base. Accountable to directly identify and initiate development efforts. Develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve the corporate revenue goals. To be successful, this position will leverage their past progressive experience in food logistics and/or transportation industries.
Responsibilities
Accountable to directly identify and initiate business development opportunities
Develops new business across all of our core competencies
Identify, initiate and engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services
Develop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company
Work closely with local, regional and international operations staff to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met
Manage sales pipeline and monthly target reports
Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts

The wage range for this position is $62,300.00-$89,800.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Overview
Recent graduates can kickstart their careers with AIT's Launch program. This two-year immersive program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, global exposure, and career advancement opportunities. In Year 1, trainees will spend time at their home station, gaining a deep understanding of operations and sales processes, and rotate through various departments to develop a well-rounded skill set. They will also participate in formal training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills. In Year 2, trainees will experience different cultures and work environments by rotating to four additional AIT stations. * Documents each service call, providing necessary paperwork
* Observes all safety procedures, makes certain that hazardous waste is properly disposed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
* Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
* Experience with repairing forklifts
* Technical or mechanical training/certifications preferred
* Possesses a valid driver's license
* Above average communication skills
* Ability to understand the necessary service and training manuals, including the ability to interpret schematics and effectively use electrical diagnostic instruments
* Can safely operate power tools, lifts, hoists, hydraulic jacks and overhead cranes

C.H. Robinson is seeking a **Credit Manager** to join our team. You will play a critical leadership role in driving the success of our credit operations. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing credit policies that align with organizational goals, while managing a team to ensure a disciplined approach to risk and growth. The role requires overseeing credit evaluations, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial outcomes. By setting strategic priorities based on the operating model, you will establish clear objectives, track progress against key metrics, and champion the use of Continuous Improvement tools to enhance team performance. Success in this role depends on your ability to lead with confidence, apply advanced analytical skills, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ideally this position will be based in the Chicagoland area or Eden Prairie, MN. This is a hybrid position with expectation to be in-office one day per week.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Coach and mentor using the Socratic method, asking questions to get at the why behind the what for outcomes. Develop strengths among the team to identify upstream KPIs to help be more forward looking, rather than reactive
+ Supports both credit and commercial teams on leadership discussions, including executive level calls, both internally and externally, to share insights and gather financial information relative to decision making
+ Supports our business partners in regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and financial intelligence to provide economic insights, and understands positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customer
+ Serve as an escalation point for credit policy exceptions and operational challenges
+ Establish and monitor credit limits to minimize financial exposure while supporting business growth
+ Continuously evaluate operational processes for effectiveness and efficiency, leveraging Lean practices to streamline credit operations
+ Facilitate problem-solving activities to address root causes of inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
+ Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and finance teams
+ Prepare and present regular financial and credit performance reports to all levels of leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and global regulations
+ Develop, implement, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet operational excellence goals
+ Leverage technology to improve efficiency and automation in financial and credit processes
+ Stay updated on global economic trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in credit and collections management tools and regularly use knowledge to drive better decisions throughout the team and mitigate risk
Leadership
+ Manage, mentor, and develop credit teams across multiple regions to create global practices and ensure consistent application of best practices
+ Outlines employee role accountabilities and expectations; manages performance to drive the right behaviors and improve results and provides useful real-time coaching, feedback, and mentoring, development activities and stretch assignments; supports employees with problem resolution
+ Commits to teams long-term personal and professional growth and takes accountability for seeing them grow and advance
+ Encourages employee feedback through formal and informal channels. Acknowledges and acts on feedback to drive a trusting culture of open two-way communication, inclusivity and continuous improvement
+ Gathers data and provides input to support the creation of financial performance goals, including a revenue and expense budget, for the team
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Minimum of 5 years of financial reporting, operations, finance, and/or credit experience
+ Minimum of 2 years leading and managing teams
+ Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally)
Preferred:
+ Ability to demonstrate a deep level of financial knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills up to executive level
+ Ability to demonstrate real application of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodology in a leadership position
+ CCE, or other credit-related certification(s)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs, Credit rating software, and ERP systems.
+ Strong ability to partner, consult, and influence multiple stakeholder groups
+ Ability to effectively implement changes
+ Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization

**Compensation Range**
$71,800.00 - $149,200.00
