The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for business development, intensely penetrating markets in designated regions and properly promoting and selling the company's products and services while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customer base and establishing potential opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop long-term relationships through regular contact with customers to manage and interpret their requirements and keep them up to date on product line changes and modifications.
Penetrate new customer accounts to drive growth and profitability.
Provide pre-sales assistance, product education, and first level post-sales support to provide solutions to customers' concerns or problems.
Support sales & marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events if necessary.
Maintain and update customer accounts in Management Database (Tiger Paw Pursuit).
Follow-up on qualified leads and referrals and all sales activity through telephone, written and personal contact.
Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate in customer's strategic planning.
Travel to customer locations as required, presenting company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner.
Develop and maintain information on competitive position, monitor competitor product developments and make recommendations to improve company's competitive position.
Monitor market and industry projects to identify market opportunities, to improve company position and provide efficient customer service.
Prepare and provide customer demonstrations and user training to introduce new product releases.
Prepare and submit call reports and expense reports in a timely manner.

In charge of all filing, how it's set up/done.

Assist Branch Manager and Inside Sales staff with document requests such as cut sheets, packing lists, tracking info, invoices, MTR's, weights & dimensions, etc.
Answer any questions and/or find missing documents/information requested by salesperson/customer in a timely manner.
Order Entry
Enter all orders for inside sales, which includes creating special purchase orders, production orders and transfers.
Double check/review all orders entered against customer's PO to ensure correctness.
Email order confirmation to customer(s), and cc the salesperson.
Expedite all orders that were scheduled to ship on the previous day (this should be done first thing every morning).
Expedite all special purchase orders and production orders in a timely manner.
Make note of any date changes on special purchase order/production order/backorders and notify the salesperson/customer.
Update the special purchase order in the system.
Return Authorizations (RMAs)
Enter all return authorizations for our branch.
Email RMA acknowledgments to customer.
File all RMAs under the expiration date listed on the RMA & follow up accordingly.

COMPENSATION:
* The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $115,000 / year. **A Brief Overview**
Production Technicians I perform tasks related to building and cabling racks as well as cabinets, or communication equipment. Basic installation of equipment in racking, demonstrating the ability to follow rack elevation and documentation for work completion. Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision or training. Will need to validate the physical and systematic processing of material while being able to record quality transactions representing work as well as physical audit of equipment and accessories. **Job Summary**
This position reports to the Supply Chain Training team and serves as the primary administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) for WWT's Global Operations division. Job Summary:
Warehouse Operators are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. **A Brief Overview**
Schedule and scope evaluation for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. This person will have direct contact with customers and vendors. Ensures projects are completed according to project plans. The role of a Project Engineer is to on-board and deliver solutions before transitioning to production operations.

A Brief Overview
Production Associates perform entry/basic level tasks related to processing product in the integration center. Responsibilities include testing, inspection, basic installations, pre-integration, inventory, and refurbishing where applicable. This position reports to a Production Supervisor.

Job Summary
Work with internal partners and customers to provide qualified staff for our North American Integration Center (NAIC) services engagements. Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through resource capacity planning, training, and process improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establishes working relationships with stakeholders and builds rapport to become a trusted advisor.
* Support the pre-launch phase of the programs or projects to ensure all the essential customer requirements are documented and controlled.
* Develop and manage an effective PFMEA and Control Plan that focuses on prevention, early detection, and in-process or post-work inspection for designated business processes.
* Collect, measure, and analyze complex data to identify continual improvement opportunities for internal performance metrics as well as key performance indicators to ensure business excellence.
* Support and participate in internal, external or customer audits.
* Initiate and facilitate CAPA meetings (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) to drive Containment, Root Cause, and effective Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence.
