I don't see any pros.
I felt very much exploited. Productivity demands are way out of the ordinary for the industry and unfeasible (1500 words an hour is standard, they ask for 6000). Focus is not on quality and not on employees.
None at all. Even what they call benefits are just normal and common.
I did not prepare in any special way.
Nothing. I found them to be terribly disconnected from the workers and uncaring.
Listen to the people who actually do the work.
It is quite low for the workload and the level of education (PhD).
It is hard to tell since the company is online.
I wanted to do this work because I love editing, but the extreme productivity demand is making it impossibly to do the work correctly because it has to be rushed.
