As a Systems Administrator II, you will be responsible for: Performing advanced administration of the M365 tenant and its core services, including user and license management, security policies, and application access. Managing security settings and compliance features using Microsoft 365 security and compliance centers to ensure adherence to government standards Developing and implement PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks, including user onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and standardized configurations. Serving as a technical resource, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and performing root cause analysis for recurring problems. Monitoring service health, manage and deploy updates, and optimize the M365 environment for performance and availability. Creating and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for end-users and IT staff. Working collaboratively with security, development, and end-user teams to implement new features, integrate M365 with other systems, and provide technical guidance.
