Ajaz has over 20 years of experience in Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance working with leading brands and corporations around the globe. He has successfully concluded a number of $multi-million transactions and projects involving Real-Estate, buy-side / sell-side M&A deals, private-equity, bilateral debt arrangements and other structured finance and capital market placement activities. Ajaz is also experienced and knowledgeable concerning Islamic Finance and SUKUKs. Ajaz started his career in the mid 90’s with a global Management Consulting firm and very quickly progressed from Associate Consultant to Project Manager then Programme Director leading assignments for multinational companies and government entities at senior directorate and board levels. During his varied career, Ajaz led and delivered numerous Business Strategy and Implementation Projects, Merger & Acquisition consolidations and has been involved in a variety of Corporate Finance related transactions. He is also regarded by many as a serial entrepreneur involved in numerous start-up and early stage business opportunities across different industry sectors, one of which grew into a successful and profitable multi-miillion pound enterprise spread across 4 continents. As a graduate in Finance and Marketing his commercial abilities are based on solid foundations and at the same time, Ajaz is also well known for his technical skills and knowledge of information technology. At MBU-Capital, Ajaz continues to demonstrate his natural flair in strategy design and creative out-the-box thinking in finding solutions to complex business and financing challenges in helping to build and grow the Corporate Finance, Real-Estate and Consulting business lines. Outside of work, Ajaz is actively involved with a number of charitable organisations and remains passionate about matters concerning social responsibility.

Diego Machado is a Global Chief Creative Officer at AKQA and is based in São Paulo, Bahia, Brazil. He has worked as Art Director at Ogilvy. Diego works or has worked as Founder Creative Director at AKQA São Paulo.

Julian Wain is a Chief Financial Officer at AKQA and is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He has worked as High Value Client Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Audit Manager - Assurance and Advisory Business Services (AABS) at EY, and Group Financial Reporting Manager at lastminute.com group. Julian attended Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia between 2001 and 2002, Monash University between 1995 and 2000, and Melbourne High School between 1983 and 1988.

Peter is a creative director at the global ideas and innovation agency AKQA. He opened the doors to the 10th AKQA office in Paris, to lead the creative department. With his dedication to creative excellence he has grown the office into a successful boutique agency with one of the most enviable roster of clients including global brands like Nike, Chanel, Red Bull, Google, Pernod Ricard & Hermès.

Prior to joining AKQA, Peter worked at Ogilvy & Mather, serving as an Art Director. In a short period he gathered experience working in multiple markets including China, Brazil, France and the United States, working on some of the networks key accounts such as Coca Cola, Louis Vuitton, Unilever and America Express to mention a few.

Peter had a winged start to his career, winning the Young Cannes Lions Awards twice before graduating and concluded his final year at university winning the AKQA Future Lions Competitions. He has later been recognized in several industry awards including Clio Awards, Eurobest, Crystal Festival and more.

Becky Morgan is a CE, Chief of Staff at AKQA and is based in Amsterdam Area, Netherlands. She has worked as Regional Executive Coordinator, Europe at AKQA; Executive Assistant at AKQA; and Executive Assistant to the Chairman at LEAGAS DELANEY LIMITED. Becky attended NEW College Swindon between 2003 and 2006 and University of Chester between 2006 and 2009.

Kirsty Ward is an Executive Assistant to AKQA Managing Partner APAC, Managing Director ANZ and WPP CTO at AKQA and is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She has worked as Retail Operations Co-Ordinator at DECJUBA; Executive Assistant to CEO and Founder, COO and Co-Founder and Global Personals Board of Directors at VENNTRO MEDIA GROUP LIMITED; and PA to Director at DHI Global. Kirsty works or has worked as Executive Assistant at DT.
