Opportunities for growth, flexible work environment, good pay and benefits, great coworkers, very interesting projects

Limited training opportunities (no formal training procedures), lots of variation between departments/teams/groups in terms of work environment, some employees are overworked

Very cool projects, definitely the people, healthcare is much more affordable than at other companies
