Summary:

This position requires meeting clients in their homes, community, schools, etc. In addition, transporting clients in their own vehicle to/from appointments, school, community events, etc. Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) provide services to children and adolescents with mental illness within all settings that meet the needs of the individual. These services may involve collateral contacts. CPST and TBS services provides an array of services delivered by community based providers. Services address the individualized mentalhealth needs of the client which vary in hours, type, and intensity of services. CPST/TBS services are designed to provide specific, measurable, and individualized services to each client served.
Activities of the service shall consist of one or more of the following:
Ongoing assessment of needs;
Assistance in achieving personal independence in managing basic needs as identified by the individual and/or parent or guardian;
Facilitation of further development of daily living skills, if identified by the individual and/or parent or guardian;
Assistance with accessing natural support systems in the community; and linkages to formal community service/systems;
Symptom monitoring;

Provides therapeutic intervention to assigned caseload of patients based upon an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) developed with the families, at the frequency specified in the ITP, under the supervision of the Clinical Manager. Critical thinking skills are employed in implementing these therapeutic interventions, which are provided in the patients home, school and other natural environments in the community as appropriate. Transports patient and/or caregiver in personal automobile (after conducting a safety assessment) at times to provide individualized supportive services and to help ensure attendance at all appointments. Provides coaching and psychoeducation to families in a culturally competent manner, including safety plans as indicated. Consistently integrates age specific and culturally diverse concepts into patient care, taking into consideration both the patient's chronological age and developmental functioning. Recognizes the effects that trauma may have on the patient and family. Utilizes Situation Awareness concepts as appropriate. Embraces relationship-based care.

**Job Summary:**
The Radiological Technologist is a certified health professional who, under the direction of an authorized user, is committed to applying the art and skill of diagnostic imaging through the safe and effective use of ionizing radiation, in diagnostic radiology.

- Obtains patient's clinical history and appropriate lab work ensuring information is documented and available for use by a licensed practitioner.

- Applies principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patient, self, and others.
- Performs radiographic procedures by selecting and operating imaging equipment, and/or associated accessories to successfully perform procedures.

**Education:**
+ Associates from an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) accredited institute (preferred)

Properly positions patient to perform routine diagnostic radiographs; calculates and selects proper technical factors based on information such as age, medical history and suspected pathology; assesses quality of radiographs with minimal supervision; competently performs in assigned areas that encompass specialty procedures e.g.: surgery, C-arm, tomograms, venograms, arthrograms, myelograms, ERCP, sialograms, video speech evaluation, hysterosalpingogram and other specialty procedures as well as GI and GU procedures; maintains acceptable exam repeat rate; assists physicians in performance of fluoroscopic and minor specialty exams by providing and administrating proper contrast media, positioning patient and operating fluoroscopic equipment; performs IV injections and has knowledge of use and care of existing IV's; identifies all images with appropriate lead markers and patient name; provides proper radiation protection for patients, self and others (uses lead aprons, lead gloves, and gonadal shielding when appropriate).
Participates in performance improvement projects and performs quality control testing as required by department; assists department in achieving successful results in all federal, state, and local agency audits.
Participates in the education/instruction of students and the orientation of new staff.

Mercy Outpatient Physical Therapy in Cincinnati is seeking a talented, compassionate physical therapist committed to excellence. Our treatment model is impairment based and focused on hands-on, evidence-based care that is delivered on a one-to-one basis. Therapists are trained in the latest advanced skills including, dry needling, manual therapy and manipulative skills, load progression, and evidence-based return to play. Our programming and equipment strive to provide excellent care for all patient populations and conditions. This position will involve a split between our Kings Mills location and floating across our other east central locations to assist with high volume, clinician leave of absence and PTO coverage. The patient population will vary based on the location, but will consist of primarily orthopaedic-based coverage. Compensation for this position will be above typical starting clinician ranges due to the expectation of flexibility.
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist completes initial assessments, ongoing assessments and provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients through the use of their educational knowledge, skill, and ability. This may involve outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics and off-site locations. Services the patients as a part of the entire continuum of professional care.
Essential Functions:
Evaluates patients, gathering pertinent information from various sources, and develops an appropriate treatment plan with specific goals. Responsible for ongoing assessment, efficiency of treatment plan and revisions of plan as needed.
Provides direct therapy to patients daily following patient's plan of care and current standards of practice for Physical Therapy . Provides instruction in therapeutic procedures to patients and family.
Maintains accurate and concise records on treatment provided and patient's progress. Documents all care provided, coordination of services, orders, goals, etc. in the patient's electronic medical record in an accurate and timely manner. Provides timely co-signature for supervised physical therapy assistants, if applicable
Maintains set level of productivity without jeopardizing quality. Delivers efficient and effective care to patients meeting and exceeding department standards.
Maintains departmental policies and procedures regarding safety, infection control, time off requests and timecard recording. This will include all necessary education and yearly compliance requirements.
Supervises the physical therapist assistant's treatment interventions and professional growth.

Required Licensing & Certifications:

Demonstrates appropriate application of age specific standards, policies and procedures and guidelines in caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and records management.

Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with co-workers, physicians, patients and families.
Requires the ability to work well with all levels of patients, the public and other health care professionals.

The Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking three child clinical psychologists to join our team of General MentalHealth outpatient psychologists. Responsibilities for this position include providing outpatient assessment and treatment, including family, individual, and/or group evidence- based treatment for children and teens referred for a variety of mentalhealth conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, behavioral issues).
The ideal candidate will have completed a doctorate in clinical or school psychology (APA accredited) with a cognitive behavioral orientation, be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio, and completed postdoctoral training.
