What Youll Do: As an Outside Sales Representative, or as we call them Design Specialists,youll meet with homeowners and business owners duringpre-scheduled appointments(plus leads you generate yourself) todiagnose foundation, crawlspace, and concrete concerns. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that bring real value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough on-site inspections, including crawlspaces and basements, to identify structural or moisture issues. Deliver engaging presentations and explain technical solutions in clear, relatable terms. Create detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines. Build trust by staying current on products, methods, and regulations. Collaborate with installation crews to ensure seamless project execution. Cross-sell services when appropriate by identifying multiple home solution needs. Proactively generate leads through referrals, outreach, and community events. Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through.
