The candidate selected will be responsible for maintaining all spaces within the buildings to the standards as outlined in the Performance Work statement (PWS). This is to include all office, common, open, conference, hallways, washrooms, and warehouse or commercial establishment.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plans, organizes work to meet all requirements and standards as outlined in the (PWS).
* Cleans and sanitizes restroom facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, refrigerators, custodial mop sinks, restroom sinks, urinals, toilets, and replenishes supplies in restrooms.
* Sweeps, vacuums, mops, waxes, strips, polishes all tile and solid surface flooring.
* Vacuums and steam clean all carpeted areas to include spot cleaning of incidental spills
* Dusts and polishes furniture and woodwork and fixtures.
* Washes/cleans interior windows, mirrors, and walls.
* Empties, cleans, and sanitizes and installs new plastic liners in all waste receptacles.
* Moves and arranges furniture and equipment; sets up rooms for conferences and meetings.
* Dusts and cleans all windowsills, shades, and blinds. Adjust shades and blinds, as necessary.
* Dusts and spot clean all fingerprints on doors as required.
* Identifies and reports building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities.
* Performs specialized projects such as restoration program on floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and other items.
* Maintains inventory of all cleaning supplies and initiates a purchase requisition, as required.
* Performs other related work duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors: Works in indoor and outdoor environments that contain excessive heat, cold and humidity, dampness, dust, and slippery or uneven surfaces.
Physical Effort: Frequently lifts items and equipment weighing up to fifty pounds. Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and stretching for prolonged periods will be necessary.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Ability to use small and portable hand and power tools.
* Ability to operate proficiently floor scrubbers and polishers.

* Perform supply, transportation, vehicle fleet management and property control functions in support of 15SPSS mission, applying the applicable references listed below and 23/24-series 15SPSS Standard Operating Guides or successor local instruction(s).
* Coordination with 15SPSS Logistics Manager may be required to execute some requirements involving or affecting tenant, other contractors and visiting experimenters.
* Serve as the first (1st) Alternate Property Custodian to the Primary Property Custodian (15SPSS/CC) and Primary Supply Liaison to the 15SPSS Accountable Property Officer (APO):
* Serve as 1st Alternate Property Custodian for centrally managed equipment (excluding weapons), maintained by the 647th LRS, DPAS FE5260/AD2302/638PL and RDTE support equipment maintained in DPAS AFRLHQ/MAFB61.
* Account for all property within prescribed inventory intervals, sign the Custodian Inventory Report (CIR) and staff for 15SPSS/CC signature.
* Lead annual floor-to-book inventories and notify the responsible ECF/ECO of equipment found on base (FOB) within three (3) workdays
* Comply with all tasks related to Property Custodian duties.
* Coordinate on all other key supply and transportation matters with the host LRS, to include performing/signing annual inventory, reconciling Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) serialized reporting, submitting item catalog requests and providing accurate asset location to aid in the physical accountability of assigned equipment.
* Participate in the joint inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) being delivered to the Government from other contracts assigned to 15 SPSS. Upon acceptance by the Government Program Manager, the SLC shall coordinate the creation or update of property records in the applicable DPAS Site ID.
* Perform annual inventory as outlined in AFMAN 17-1203, Information Technology Asset Management.
* Perform related Property Custodian tasks identified by the AF Equipment Control Office (AFECO) and Functional Equipment Control Office (FECO).
* Ensure removal and approved degaussing/destruction procedures of hard drives prior to turn-in to DLADS.
* Maintain shop stock and work order residue for day-to-day facility operations.
* Process excess support or shop stock for turn-in through the host LRS or DLADS.
* Notify the Primary Custodian and APO of lost, damaged or missing equipment within two workdays of discovery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all organizational and site-directed materiel transfers approved for disposition through the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS)
* Prepare disposition turn-in documents (DTID) and process all excess equipment and supplies through the DLADS, when excess materiel is not otherwise eligible for redistribution to other Air Force units.
* Oversee shredding and destruction process.
* Plan non-MILSTRIP shipments using best modes/methods consistent with cargo classification/level of protection, delivery requirements, receiving location and receiving capabilities.
* Coordinate cargo pick-up with 647th LRS Vehicle Dispatch for shipments sent through Port of Honolulu and marked-for JBPHH agencies IAW Intra-Agency Support Agreement between NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor and 15SPSS.
* Verify shipment packaging, documentation and notification requirements to prevent damage, misrouting or other discrepancies involved in the handling of shipments.
* Ensure that 24-hour emergency response is manned and answered.
* Establish and maintain transportation control numbers that enable traceability of shipments from origin to destination.
* As primary POC for all inbound shipments, including Det 3 tenant unit and VEs, resolve discrepancies for all inbound cargo in "frustrated" status.
* Research document control records as requested.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

The Diesel Generator (Genset) Mechanic is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all generator systems supporting the 15th Space Surveillance Squadron (15 SPSS) under the Maui Base Support Services (MBSS) contract. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The individual will perform a variety of duties related to the operation and maintenance of diesel power generation engines (diesel genset) and equipment, such as but not limited to:
* Operate, maintain, and repair diesel power generation systems and associated equipment.
* Diagnose and repair malfunctions such as startup failures, fuel or control faults, and voltage regulation issues.
* Replace or repair worn components (e.g., injectors, alternators, sensors, wiring harnesses) and verify system performance after repairs.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Essential duties & job functions would include but are not limited to:
* Serve as the alternative Base Equipment Control Officer (BCO) to maintain accurate property records in DPAS Site IDs. Process all property record transactions to ensure data/inventory balance accuracy of government property records maintained in DPAS and other miscellaneous updates within seven (7) workdays.
* Create and maintain item cataloguing for L&P stock-numbers assigned to property records in DPAS Site ID DF-RDTE using the H2 Federal Supply Classification and H6 Item Name Directory tools to properly assign Federal Stock Class.
* Maintain a current custodial equipment jacket folder for each equipment account. Assist the Primary Property Custodian and SLC in the reconciliation of equipment record additions, deletions and changes involving CIRs produced from DPAS Site.
* Complete a schedule for monthly Floor to Book inventories of all sites. Perform and finish F2B inventories within 30 days. Input updates to DPAS. Receive "found on Base" items for unmarked assets into the appropriate UIC.
* Troubleshoot, implement, and incorporate AIT scanning system for all UIC inventories. Work with the Logistics Manager and alternate ECO in resolving errors and implementation.
* Implement the use of a new label system, including Non APSR labels for all property that has been identified as not needing to be accounted for in DAPS (i.e., VOIP phones and Monitors).
* Engage in DEFACO, BECO, Site specific and other miscellaneous meetings as requested by the customer.
* Establish and maintain supply point(s) in DPAS for reparable spares and line replacement units in support of all 15SPSS operations and mission requirements. Assist customer in identification of and purchasing of critical spares and creating asset visibility reporting in DPAS.
* Process DPAS reports necessary to maintain data integrity, inventory control, and cataloging information. Provide 15 SPSS Logistics Manager with monthly DPAS records list and quarterly inventory increases/decreases report. Due to the nature of our assets being frequently relocated it will require the run of a weekly report Monday morning for all UICs.
* Conduct and document initial/refresher training covering roles and responsibilities of equipment custodian and property coordinators.
* Plan non-MILSTRIP shipments using best modes/methods consistent with cargo classification/level of protection, delivery requirements, receiving location and receiving capabilities. Coordinate cargo pick-up for shipments sent through Port of Honolulu and marked-for JBPHH agencies.
* Verify shipment packaging, documentation, and notification requirements to prevent damage, misrouting or other discrepancies involved in the handling of shipments.
* Provide a 24-hour emergency response telephone number on shipment declaration forms for use in the event of an emergency involving the shipment of hazardous material originating from the site.• Establish and maintain transportation control numbers that enable traceability of shipments from origin to destination.
* As primary POC for all inbound shipments, including Det 3 tenant unit and VEs, resolve discrepancies for all inbound cargo in "frustrated" status.
* Prepare and submit issue requests through normal Air Force supply channels (ILS-S) managed by the host LRS. Monitor the status of items ordered through ILS-S and follow up with the host LRS until items are received.
* Perform annual inventory of all CCI items, 638PL inventory out of 647LRS Hickam, report discrepancies and request adjustments to reflect corrections. Receive, communicate arrival of new assets, tag, and request location placement from POC Capt. Conners. Inform LRS of receipt and location update.
* Process requests to establish and maintain current DoD Activity Address Codes to support requisitioning and shipment transactions, Maintaining Air Force DoD Activity Address Codes (DODAAC).

• Developing and utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations and/or contraband.
• Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns.
• Utilizing various forms of complex technology that includes surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and communications equipment to aid in the apprehension of violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
• Communicating assignments and training peers on the application of the appropriate law enforcement problem-solving methods, investigative techniques, and other law enforcement procedures.
