SCHEDULE: 4 Days x 10 Hour Shifts (Rotating); 40 Hours Weekly We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Handler to join our team, dedicated to protecting our organization's critical assets and infrastructure. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor all sensors and agents managed by the organization for security event analysis and response and maintain and update the triage database with current threat data and response methods in real-time with follow-up.
* Develop, staff, coordinate, and execute cyber-incident response investigations for the operational environment (unclassified and classified), addressing each pre-determined category of cyber incident detected and addressing priorities, types of internal defensive measures, and potential mitigation strategies to be employed at an acceptable level of risk.
* Conduct incident analysis and recommend mitigation measures in response to advanced persistent threats (APT), attempted exploits/attacks, and malware delivery, which may include blocking hostile websites or restricting access to specific ports/protocols and/or applications.
* Develop, test, and implement custom detection signatures and rules based on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and actively collaborate with penetration testing teams to validate the effectiveness and accuracy of these signatures through simulated attacks and real-world scenarios, ensuring a robust and resilient defense against evolving cyber threats.
* Provide support and expertise to law enforcement and counterintelligence (LE/CI) officials, including the provision of required data along with a summary or analysis pertaining specifically to requirements in the LE/CI official request or within Organizational TTPs.
* Provide justification of internal defensive measures and/or operational impact to a configuration control board (CCB) and/or approving authority (AO) for mitigation action approval and make recommendations to the supported operations and maintenance organization to take necessary actions.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
* A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Must meet at least one of the following baseline certifications in lieu of education:
* Cloud+, CBROPS, GCED, CFR, GFACT, CYSA, GISF, FITSP-O, GSEC, GCFA, PenTest+, GCIA, Security+, GDSA
* Must meet designated Computing Environment (CE) certifications within 6 months of hire.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proficiency in using security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
* Experience with network and system administration, as well as understanding of common network protocols and services.
* Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.

Job Summary

Provide support and community-based residential services to adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Group Home and Supervised Living settings.
Advocate and apply knowledge of person-centered and recovery-oriented treatment models.
Assist and provide skill-building support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, medication management, general supervision, and behavior support.
Provide input for assessing individuals' needs and be responsible for the implementation of individual service plans, documentation, and data collection.
Work to ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals served.
Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting in other Residential programs and/or homes.

Assist with the daily duties of shipping, receiving and tracking equipment to various location on Maui in support of the DoD mission.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Essential duties & job functions would include but are not limited to:
* Serve as the alternative Base Equipment Control Officer (BCO) to maintain accurate property records in DPAS Site IDs. Process all property record transactions to ensure data/inventory balance accuracy of government property records maintained in DPAS and other miscellaneous updates within seven (7) workdays.
* Create and maintain item cataloguing for L&P stock-numbers assigned to property records in DPAS Site ID DF-RDTE using the H2 Federal Supply Classification and H6 Item Name Directory tools to properly assign Federal Stock Class.
* Maintain a current custodial equipment jacket folder for each equipment account. Assist the Primary Property Custodian and SLC in the reconciliation of equipment record additions, deletions and changes involving CIRs produced from DPAS Site.
* Complete a schedule for monthly Floor to Book inventories of all sites. Perform and finish F2B inventories within 30 days. Input updates to DPAS. Receive "found on Base" items for unmarked assets into the appropriate UIC.
* serve or assist as IT Asset Manager (ITAM) when needed.
* Troubleshoot, implement, and incorporate AIT scanning system for all UIC inventories. Work with the Logistics Manager and alternate ECO in resolving errors and implementation.
* Implement the use of a new label system, including Non APSR labels for all property that has been identified as not needing to be accounted for in DAPS (i.e., VOIP phones and Monitors).
* Engage in DEFACO, BECO, Site specific and other miscellaneous meetings as requested by the customer.
* Establish and maintain supply point(s) in DPAS for reparable spares and line replacement units in support of all 15SPSS operations and mission requirements. Assist customer in identification of and purchasing of critical spares and creating asset visibility reporting in DPAS.
* Process DPAS reports necessary to maintain data integrity, inventory control, and cataloging information. Provide 15 SPSS Logistics Manager with monthly DPAS records list and quarterly inventory increases/decreases report. Due to the nature of our assets being frequently relocated it will require the run of a weekly report Monday morning for all UICs.
* Conduct and document initial/refresher training covering roles and responsibilities of equipment custodian and property coordinators.
* Plan non-MILSTRIP shipments using best modes/methods consistent with cargo classification/level of protection, delivery requirements, receiving location and receiving capabilities. Coordinate cargo pick-up for shipments sent through Port of Honolulu and marked-for JBPHH agencies.
* Verify shipment packaging, documentation, and notification requirements to prevent damage, misrouting or other discrepancies involved in the handling of shipments.
* Provide a 24-hour emergency response telephone number on shipment declaration forms for use in the event of an emergency involving the shipment of hazardous material originating from the site.
* Establish and maintain transportation control numbers that enable traceability of shipments from origin to destination.
* As primary POC for all inbound shipments, including Det 3 tenant unit and VEs, resolve discrepancies for all inbound cargo in "frustrated" status.
* Prepare and submit issue requests through normal Air Force supply channels (ILS-S) managed by the host LRS. Monitor the status of items ordered through ILS-S and follow up with the host LRS until items are received.
* Perform annual inventory of all CCI items, 638PL inventory out of 647LRS Hickam, report discrepancies and request adjustments to reflect corrections. Receive, communicate arrival of new assets, tag, and request location placement from POC Capt. Conners. Inform LRS of receipt and location update.
* Process requests to establish and maintain current DoD Activity Address Codes to support requisitioning and shipment transactions, Maintaining Air Force DoD Activity Address Codes (DODAAC).
* Maintain a safe work environment.

Job Summary
This part-time intermittent Residential Support Professional position is an integral part of the residential services team, providing coverage across various shifts and locations throughout Loudoun County. Advocate and apply knowledge of person-centered and recovery-oriented treatment models.
Assist and provide skill building support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, medication management, general supervision, and behavior support.
Provide input for assessing individuals' needs and be responsible for the implementation of individual service plans, documentation, and data collection.
Work to ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals served.

Job Summary
We're seeking qualified applicants for a regular full-time After-School Roving Supervisor position with the County After-School Activities (CASA) program and Youth After-School (YAS) program. CASA and YAS are highly respected after-school programs serving Loudoun County's elementary and middle school-aged youth for over 30 years. Our team embraces the uniqueness of each child, inclusive of all individual abilities or needs. After-School Supervisors assist in the planning and implementation of recreational activities such as indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, holiday-themed and special projects, as well as quieter activities like snacks and homework time for children. After-School Supervisors also supervise other programming staff, including Leaders and Aides. This position reports to the PRCS main office during morning hours or for the full day when schools are closed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee recreational programs for children by ensuring child safety, promoting positive connections with children, site management, ordering supplies, implementing goals, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, training and supervising staff performance, and conflict resolution.
* Develop plans and facilitate activities, group games, and reading time following the curriculum and the needs of the children.
* Provide a welcoming and safe environment for children and perform daily health checks, handle food service items, and follow emergency procedures.
* May carry out additional critical job responsibilities pertinent to the specific role and departmental assignment.
*Please include all employment and volunteer experience working with or supervising children in childcare, recreation, and educational settings. *
*The CASA program operates Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m., and the YAS program operates Monday-Friday, 3:15 pm - 6:15 pm, following Loudoun County's Public Schools' academic (10-month) year calendar. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field such as Elementary Education, Nursing, or Recreation; one (1) year of program experience supervising children or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree preferred in a related field and six (6) months of program experience supervising children.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.
